This hotel was an absolute pleasant surprise! Though the room wasn't huge, it was fully equipped with all the necessary amenities. The bathroom was particularly well-appointed with thoughtful details: the showerhead's button design was the most sensible and convenient I've encountered in any hotel, and the heated towel rail ensured soft, dry towels.
Getting here is incredibly convenient: from the airport, take bus 579 or 583 to Märsta, then transfer to Pendeltåg 40 or 41 and alight at Ulriksdal station. The hotel is just a one-minute walk to the right after exiting the station.
Bus 509 stops directly across the street from the hotel. A few stops will take you to Ulriksdal Palace – I highly recommend visiting if you have time, and don't miss the excellent desserts at its cafe! Alternatively, taking bus 509 in the opposite direction for about 10-15 minutes will bring you to Solna Centrum, which boasts a large supermarket and numerous shops.
A crucial tip: book well in advance! I secured a significant discount on the room rate by booking three months ahead. Also, be aware that in Swedish hotels, you typically need to proactively inform the front desk if you wish to have your room cleaned.

Spacious Room & Easy Access
The room at Hilton Stockholm was big and comfortable, with a thoughtful layout and a nicely designed cupboard. The bed was cosy and perfect for a good night’s sleep.
The hotel is in a great location, close to both the train station and bus stops, making it easy to get around the city. A good choice for travellers looking for both comfort and accessibility.
Room is in size good enough for short stay. Cutlery and essentials are provided in the small open kitchen. There are 2 ceiling lamp in the room, but the one near the table is not working. but they have a floor lamp which make it still possible to have good lighting for the table. I personally do not like the pillows, they are small like cushions in size approx. 45x45cm. I will give higher score to this apartment if they use real pillows. But in general, it's clean and location good enough for my trip.
Location is close to Stockholm centrum. Getting to and from the hotel by car was easy. Few parking spots at the hotel, expensive too. The breakfast became boring after a few days since there was not that much to choose from. Mall in walking distance, lots of stores to explore. All in all, ok experience, but not awed.
The location is a bit out of the way, but luckily, the surrounding amenities and public transport are quite comprehensive. The room itself was quite spacious and clean, but it lacked essential items for travelers like a fridge and an electric kettle. For a place supposedly rated three stars, that's a big miss – I couldn't even buy groceries from the nearby supermarket that needed refrigeration. On the upside, the breakfast was indeed good for the price, though I always wonder why most hotels in Scandinavia only offer such weak, tasteless instant coffee.
After exiting T5, follow the signs for SkyCity Hotel on the departure level and you'll reach the hotel. For the price, it's really great value for money. The front desk staff are very welcoming. There's no kettle in the room, but you can get free hot or cold water from the front desk. There's also a laundry room.
The location of the hotel was very convenient. A lot of shops, restaurants and convenience stores within the vicinity. The city’s main train station was very close by.
The rooms were more spacious than expected. The property is well maintained, considering that it’s one of the oldest buildings in the city.
Overall, a nice place to stay at when visiting Stockholm.
The hotel is conveniently located near all stations, and it's just a 10-15 minute walk to the Old Town and the palace. The rooms are quite newly renovated, and the breakfast offers a wide variety of delicious options. The front desk staff are polite and friendly.
The following are the real pictures and videos I took when I checked into the hotel on the same day. The room I stayed in was room 231 on the 2nd floor. Hotel location: Stockholm is convenient for transportation. Hotel facilities: Look at the pictures for yourself, it was taken on the same day. The bedding and linen are OK, and the mattress is comfortable. The kitchen is very good, the morning drop-off is very convenient, the snow hotel service staff on the same day: I personally feel very service conscious, and I am quite willing during my stay. The picture of the hotel matches the picture of the actual room.
This hotel was understaffed at peak checkin times and choose to remove their member fast track infront of menbers as there was 40 people in line where also I was waiting as a non menber. Then they force a membership on me at checkin even if I decline based on their actions to not recognise their members… The roms are quite dated worn and offer absolutley no wiev. It is on the verge it is a ”window facing coridor” situation as the only thing one see is into a different building a few meters away. Tv system was not functioning in my room, it crashed every 10 minutes. Compared to the options that exist just around the corner I hesitate to come back again. Breakfast is good and is served in a more pleasant space compared to one of the two options within 150m walking distance that in som many other aspects are a nicer hotel in my oppinion.

TTonylai1988This stay was absolutely fantastic! The staff were incredibly warm and attentive, always quick to respond. The hotel facilities were complete and well-maintained, everything was clean and tidy, and the overall environment was very comfortable. It offers excellent value for money. I've already recommended it to friends and will definitely choose to stay here again next time!

SShanghai based coupleI stayed here with my mom who is from Sweden and is 79 years old but was travelling from the UK where she now lives. We were visiting family, both in and around Stockholm. This was an important trip for her, and me and we really needed it to go well.
Given such high expectations and unusual requirements because of my mom’s her age, we were really surprised by how well this hotel delivered and absolutely delighted with our stay.
The location was flawless and allowed her to see and do things nearby unassisted, while also allowing us to use the train from the main train station 5 minutes away to go to a nearby town, as well as within walking distance to meet her old school friends in a quintessentially Swedish coffee shop in the centre of town.
Breakfast was very authentically Swedish, but it was a bit odd that they didn’t have limpa bread. Otherwise an excellent selection of Scandinavian food that was delicious and filling. The view to the Stadshuset (Stoholm’s City Hall) where the majority of the Nobel prizes are given out from in the restaurant was really charming.
The rooms were spacious and finished to a really high standard.
The service and the staff were fantastic, including Marcus who met us at the door and helped with out bags, as well as Hannah and George. We cannot thank the whole team enough for thoughtful and awesome work to make such an important trip so memorable, easy and enjoyable.
GGuest UserThe breakfast is not really a breakfast….is a small coffee, a juice, a yogurt and a horrible sandwich…for 10 euros I would have prefer something else…the rooms are very small, no windows…it was very cold and the only give me a very small cover…by the way the bed is very small…I think they are much better options for the money…also one towel…but I am furious cause the breakfast is a scam

AAnonymous UserThe facilities are good, and the hygiene is acceptable. The breakfast selection is quite extensive. It's moderately close to the city center, and you can get there directly by public transport. It's located conveniently between the city center and the airport.
MMay 25The hotel is close to the subway station Brommaplan and it is very convenient to go to the city center attractions. Hotel health, staff are very polite. There is a drink machine in the hotel lobby, and you can make your own coffee or tea 24 hours a day. If the hotel restaurant has the remaining food (such as cakes, croissants) during breakfast, the staff will be placed in the lobby for guests to enjoy. We checked out very early, had to catch the train, no time to eat breakfast. The staff is very nice and helped us pack breakfast and take it away, very intimate.
XXinyiBreakfast options weren't extensive, but they were good overall. I was very satisfied with the cleanliness, and the bathroom was spotless. The surrounding area is also incredibly convenient. I'll definitely choose this place again for my next visit.
SSpartanPros: The bus stop to the main city is just a few steps away, the price is fair compared to others in Stockholm, the room is clean, the design of the hotel is cool, and the reception staff is very friendly.
Cons: One of the bathroom doors was broken. Additionally, the bathroom has a large window, and the doors also have windows. This can be troublesome during the summer season, as the sun rises at around 3 a.m., and you'll need to find your own way to cover these windows.
SsanpuI chose this hotel because it offered airport transfers... but then I realized there was actually a hotel *inside* Arlanda Airport! If I had known, I definitely wouldn't have picked this one. The route turned out to be a much longer detour than I expected, too! The driver didn't help with my suitcases and was quite inconsiderate. When I tried to board the shuttle at the airport, I was asked if I was a guest. As I fumbled to show my booking confirmation, the driver quickly walked off and seemed ready to depart, which made me panic! This is hardly what I'd call attentive service... I suppose some people might not mind, but I certainly did.
