This hotel has an elegant environment, complete facilities, clean and comfortable rooms, and a warm layout, giving people a homely feeling. The service staff is warm and thoughtful, meticulous, and can always meet the needs of guests. The breakfast is rich and varied, the taste is very good, and the overall environment of the restaurant is also pleasant. The location is superior, the transportation is convenient, and the surrounding facilities are complete. It is very suitable for business or leisure travelers. The overall experience is very satisfactory and I will choose to stay next time.
A very good stay experience. This is a self-driving campsite located in Torquay, the starting point of the Great Ocean Road, with a variety of room types. The rooms are large, clean, and equipped with fully equipped kitchens. We purchased ingredients from Coles and WW not far away and made two meals ourselves. The campsite is conveniently located on Ocean Road, just a few minutes' drive from the town centre. If you check in after hours, they will put the keys in the safe at the entrance, and you can ask for the safe password with just a phone call.
This space is so good for the price. It is clean and the room I got was very large (queen room with double bed). It has a surf, bohemian vibe so you feel like you’re overseas at some friend’s beach shack. Compared to other hostels it is very clean, it smells so good in the building! It is definitely not new, so it has the rustic charm of older Melbournian buildings. Be mindful this is not a hygiene issue but the general style of the building.
This St Kilda Roamer has a rotating staff that really cares about residents and put in time to understand their journey. The team is really relaxed, and will try to help out. I always see staff cleaning and keeping up with housekeeping. However if you’re looking for something like a hotel experience it’s unfair to compare this space as it is designed more for diverse casual travellers. In your private rooms, you get kettle, tea, coffee, hotel sheets, towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash.
It feels like a co-share cafe space at the front so it’s got a nice nomad vibe. It is better than the city location which gets more traffic and feels very crowded. If you’re looking for a place to explore Melbourne St Kilda is a great hot spot for travellers as internationals hangout here! More hostels and co-work spaces should try to build on this Roamer St Kilda location as it is not too crowded and feels like you’re going to a friends open beach shack home.
I would love to stay longer as there are heaps to explore in the area and it feels very comfortable to stay here.
The room was clean and tidy, and also spacious. The bed was generously sized, though the mattress was a little soft. The location was a bit out of the way, but it's close to Xingxin Lake Park and not far from Kolda Beach. Overall, it offers good value for money.

Very friendly staff, can get early check in with great hand written birthday card and 2 birthday hats upon my birthday.
Nice and stylish renovation.
Spacious room which I can put an extra crib for my baby.
Although the location is relatively biased, the surrounding facilities are very good, there are many large supermarkets, and the South Melbourne market, which opens at 3.5.6.7 every week, which is similar to the domestic vegetable market. I lived there for 10 days. Cleaner, suitable for longer stays
The quality of the bed and pillows is very good, the room is relatively spacious, bright and clean, and the sound insulation is good. Toothpaste and slippers should be brought by themselves, and the staff is very friendly.
Great view of the skyline from the room. Clean room, comfortable beds. It's a bit of walk to the tram station. There is a supermarket closeby. No amenities for kids, but it's obviously not a family hotel

HHezijamieBefore arriving in Melbourne, the hotel called to inform me that the air conditioner was broken and it would take a few days to repair it, and asked if I needed to check out. I always choose this hotel every time I go to Melbourne. It has been more than 10 years. Although the hotel facilities and environment are relatively old, it is in the city center, very convenient to get in and out, and there are trams, restaurants and shopping nearby. In the end, I chose to stay. In Melbourne's summer, the temperature difference between morning and evening is quite large. It is very hot during the day but still very comfortable at night. The hotel is quite considerate and equipped with fans. The only inconvenient thing is cleaning. You need to tell the front desk before 10 o'clock every morning, and they will arrange it. After 10 o'clock, you have to wait until the next day to clean. I will choose this hotel next time I go to Melbourne.
HHualidepaoziI randomly chose this shop on the Great Ocean Road in the evening. I didn't expect to enter the koala territory and find koalas 100%. It's half an hour from Apollo Bay and is right in the middle of the Great Ocean Road. According to a Chinese here, after midnight, it is the peak period for animals to be active. Foxes and koalas start to come out and are not afraid of people. We didn't come out at night and missed the colorful stars in the sky and the obvious Milky Way.
We booked late, so it was a bunk bed. A family of three contracted eight beds. The bathroom is public and needs to be walked over to use it. There are plenty of tools in the kitchen, so you can make your own room and heat it, which is very convenient.
The next day we found many koalas
GGuest UserComplete facilities, quiet environment, very comfortable living, breakfast, chocolate and orange juice. I can reach the ski resort early the next morning, and the Google navigation address is correct.
GGuest UserThe room is clean and tidy not far from the town of San Arro. There are microwave toaster water heaters and other electric blankets. It is quite warm and welcoming. Few rooms are full, but very quiet.
