The room was comfortable, with a cozy bed and all the necessary amenities. The reception staff were great , and we are very grateful to them for allowing us to leave our belongings before check-in.
The views, of course, were incredible, as the hotel is located in a picturesque area. There is also an indoor pool with views of the teide.
At the same time, we spent the night in the company of cockroaches, which, in my opinion, is absolutely unacceptable in a hotel where room prices start at $140.
We informed the reception about this, and when we asked if any compensation was possible, they smiled at us and said that it was not possible.
We loved the location, the reception staff, and the breakfast and cleaning ladies. We would recommend it. It's true that some rooms could use an update as they've become a bit old-fashioned, but even so, the hotel has its wonderful charm and legendary character. The Canarian patio is fantastic. WE WILL BE BACK.
Stunning hotel overlooking the coast and San Sebastian. Traditional decor throughout. Very nice pool area with plenty of sunbeds available (unsure if this would be the case in peak season, if there is one on La Gomera). No pool bar however.
We did have an issue of building work next to our room during our stay but it didn't really affect us.
Not an issue for us but the hotel is about 65m above sea level meaning that there is an 10-15 min uphill walk back to the hotel from the town.
To be honest the location of the hotel is perfect. You can stay in Palma- old city then if you have a car you can enjoy and go anywhere you want so you can both see both side old city & playas( south of the island) - when it comes to the hotel, of course they are 3 star and it was high then our expectations.. breakfast is not strong but if you want to start to the day with something more than coffee and croissants it is good.. cleanliness and amenities are good for a 3 star hotel, also thank you so much for the lady who works in night shift- she was so kind and helpful.
Hard rock is a big hotel so the bus stop is in front of is. However the bed got too soft because of heavy use. Hotel breakfast is on point, there are a lot of guests but still many choices of selection available.
The hotel is in the city center. The double room assigned to us, 409, is small with a double bed with a spring mattress, a single bedside table, limited space, and a tiny closet. The large bathroom has a hot tub with an electric water heater just enough for a shower. The second person has to shower with cold water. We stayed three nights, and on the second day we left early in the morning and returned around 4 p.m., but they hadn't made up our room.
A great hotel in the centre of the old city of Las Palmas. The suites are as well as the whole hotel, with love and very, very tasty furnished. The roof terrace is TOP! The staff is very helpful, breakfast is a whistle. The only disadvantage is the luminousness of the rooms. In light sleep, as with me, is at 06.30 at the latest end of the bed rest. Then it tramples in the house at all corners and ends.
Nevertheless, we will be happy to come back at any time.
Really nice staff, yet quite noisy at any time...The walls and balcony doors are just useless...could hear maintenance sound of the terrace, peole chatting, and even TV programs from the next room all night...

Great
GGuest UserConvenience and price is competitive! Just a little noisy during Friday and Saturday night. Many nice restaurants and scenes nearby!

GGuest UserThe location is very good
Paying for the indoor pool....very expensive
Overbearing attitude from spa staff.
No cell phones allowed in the spa
I didn't like the open bathroom in the room.
The shower is too narrow and the shower palm too small.
JJesus MarreroIt's not bad for the price. This time the bed was noisy when moving in it and the room smelled of tobacco, they have better rooms and I got the bad one this time.
GGuest User- It's perfect.
Home Discrete and warm.
We were alone in the hotel that looks like a guest house.
We had a little dinner only for us excellent.
The relaxing corner with the small swimming pool is very pleasant.
All this is far from the tumult of the large bathing cities.
For rest, c is perfect
Thank you for staying for a night.
