The customer service was excellent, everyone was kind, and I was glad I chose this hotel from the start. Even though I arrived earlier than check-in time, my room was ready so I was allowed to check in early. There was a tour company right in front of the hotel, and the ski resort was nearby, so there were lots of things to do and it was convenient.

The service here is quite good, the staff in the recee will give you some useful advice if you ask, room is really awesome, geting a nice view from the balcony. The breakfast is also good. 服务很好，房间有阳台，浴室，桑拿房。风景很好，周边有几个餐厅可以吃饭。早餐也不错

Hotelli oli hyvällä paikalla ja pysäköintialue takapihalla oli tilava. Huonekohtaista jäähdytystä ei ollut, mutta huone ei onneksi ollut turhan lämmin. Henkilökunta oli oikein ystävällinen. Aamiainen keskivertotasoa. Pieni miinus tv-kanavatarjonnasta, huoneessa ei näkynyt kuin kanavat 1, 2, 3, 4, Ava ja Sub.

The hotel is forty minutes away from the Levi ski resort. The check-in front desk is next to the white church. It is said that new people hold a ceremony here every week. The best!!! The best!!! The front desk staff were kind and even made the effort to contact me if the aurora appeared. The property is very large and they provided a car to take you to your accommodation from the front desk. I was able to refresh myself by taking a walk around the property during the day. It was summer so I didn't see any reindeer, but I could hear them crowing. I would definitely like to come in winter next time to see the reindeer. The room was also very clean and nice. I was also very satisfied with the sauna. The breakfast at the restaurant also had a very Finnish feel to it. The bread was delicious.

Будиночки не новозбудовані але комфортні та затишні, є все необхідне для декількох днів проживання. Сніданки смачні, свіжі. Персонал привітний, доброзичливий. Якщо б була нагода відвідати Лапландію, не задумуючись забронювала б цей готель. Чудовий готель!

It was incredibly convenient to visit Santa’s office, cross the Arctic Circle, and enjoy the various winter activities like husky sledding and reindeer rides. Plus, the breathtaking snowy landscapes made for unforgettable moments. The breakfast buffet offered a great selection of hot and cold dishes, including traditional Finnish options. The on-site restaurants also provided delicious meals, with a cozy ambiance perfect for relaxing after a day of adventures. The staff were friendly and accommodating, always ensuring guests had the best experience possible. Whether it was arranging activities or providing recommendations, their service was top-notch.
