Hotel is fancy and clean. Love the Japanese style room and also the hot spring included in the hotel. We check-in late at 8pm and we felt warm welcome by the concierge staff as the staff helped collect our luggage’s and arrange sending them to our room. The check-in staff are inflexible on the late check-out request and she seems only wants to sell the membership account.
It’s a bit hard feeling of the way she tell us a BIG NO if we don’t join the membership for the late check-out.
End up we didn’t request it anymore as we didn’t like been “force” to do so.

Despite the language barrier, you can still feel the enthusiasm of the service staff. There is no bathroom in the room booked this time, a large bath is enough. The free large bath has an outdoor part but no view.

Nous avons séjourné une nuit dans ce ryokan, l’endroit était calme et authentique.
Toutes les personnes qui y travaillaient étaient très accueillantes.
C’est un endroit parfait pour se reposer, profiter du cadre et du onsen le temps d’une ou plusieurs journées.
Les repas qui ont été servis sont aussi très bon.
C’est l’un des meilleurs endroits où nous avons séjourné au Japon.
