This hotel has shortcomings and advantages. Overall, the advantages are greater than the disadvantages, but I just happened to be unlucky during my stay. Many things happened, so I was not too happy.
But objectively speaking, the room I booked was because of the corner on the second floor, so the scenery was really good, and the window opened to see a good view.
And most of the time there are people at the front desk, so you can easily get help if you communicate in English.
Breakfast is relatively simple, easy to eat, but full of delicious.
The downside of course is that if you can't communicate in English, many services here are useless to you.
Others, like the toilet door is a bit bad to switch, it is easy to get stuck, I don't know why it has not been repaired.
Also, I was bitten by unknown insects such as fleas, my arms were very dense and itchy, and I was not good enough to leave Laos. I don’t know if the environment is too natural.
I was first shown to the wrong room, and then had to remind them that I had booked the upgraded room. No issue though.
Great bathtub but the floor to ceiling wall looked out to a dry, littered riverbank .. and the opposite hotel, which people could look through. There were blinds to close though, so no issue.
Shower had about 20 cigarette butts in it.
Breakfast was limited. Coffee had no milk options.
Location was a bit of a trek from the middle of town, over 2 bridges on a bike. Nice quiet area though.
The room was really nice and comfortable, and the staff was very friendly and helpful. I especially loved having a mirror right next to the bed — such a small thing, but super practical. I would definitely book this place again and can highly recommend it.
Service: The service is very good. I can give it 10 points. They tried their best to meet all our requirements and we are very grateful to them.
Environment: Needless to say, the environment is really beautiful. If you want to stay away from the city and find a peaceful life, you can come here. It is a very quiet, independent house and you can look at the lake every day. It is really beautiful.
Facilities: There is a swimming pool facing the lake, free kayaking is provided, and there is no one nearby for perfect photography and free activities. But one thing needs to be said, there is no internet in the room🛜, you need to go to the lobby restaurant to get it.
Hygiene: Very clean, but there are a lot of bugs, otherwise everything is fine.
It's best to say that the bed is really comfortable and the scenery is beautiful
The towels feel yellow and old, and the toilet paper 🧻 is also very rough, like recycled paper. I hope you can pay attention to these two points.
There were not many choices for breakfast. The eggs were fried in butter and were too greasy. We who don’t waste food ended up wasting more than half of the food. We didn’t dare to order it the next day because it made us feel nauseated.
After returning from the Blue Lagoon, we immediately went to the swimming pool to play in the water. In the evening, we could see the sunset, paragliders, and hot air balloons. It was super beautiful (you could also see it in the morning, but the sun hadn't come out yet, so you couldn't take pictures).
The hotel is new, the swimming pool is clean, the owner is an old man from Northeast China, and he is responsible for pick-up and drop-off at the high-speed rail station. Most importantly: it is not far from the night market and the main street, about a five-minute walk (a 100-meter dirt road, remember to bring a mask).
Because it is not on the main street, it is very quiet at night, and you can watch hot air balloons in your room when you wake up in the morning.
By the way, the Indian food across the street from the bar is pretty good. If you have any questions, please feel free to ask
The environment is quiet, and the sky is full of stars at night. Although the location is a little bit biased compared to the city, it happens to be a good place to escape the world. You can communicate in English and the service is very intimate. We arrived late on the first day. When we arrived, we prepared dinner again. And there are cute cats in the yard, It was a worthwhile stay.
Hotel is located right across the night market which is convenient. Rooms are not 4*, there’s no safe box, no bath roads, no even table lamps. Aircon is not too strong. Wifi didn’t work most of my 2 nights stay. It was fixed at some point but disappeared again. Swimming pool area is nice, especially for sunset- but hotel sells yoga lessons to anyone off the street and includes free access to the pool so all lounges (which are very few) get occupied and paying guests have none left

Everyone must pay attention to avoid the pit. This is a store opened by the third brother. You cannot refund the order. You must pay attention.
No slippers, no shampoo, no shower gel, two ordinary small single beds, electric fans can not be adjusted, high-end strong wind, air conditioning is not strong
We have been a great stay at Nirvana Archipel Resort and thank Christophe, the manager of this wonderful place for his welcome and hospitality.
We recommend this place for you to resource in nature on the edge of this lake and this village of fishermen!

WWoshihuangfafaIt's OK! Everything is good... The location is also very good... Next time if I have a chance to pass by, I will still consider staying here. It was a very happy journey
