Pet Friendly Hotels in Marrakesh-Safi, Morocco

Facilities: This is a great hotel, located right next to the Marrakech train station. I highly recommend staying here if you want to avoid getting ripped off by taxis. Ambiance: Nice, there's a large swimming pool in the middle. It seems all rooms have balconies, perfect for enjoying a local Casablanca beer. It was during the Africa Cup, and you could watch the car parades celebrating Morocco's wins 🍾

The hotel is well located,.staff are really helpful and friendly, however the hotel is not renovated. Some rooms have old sodas, broken door handles, and bloked sinks. On the Main Street, lots of nice restaurants are located, the Marrakesh train station is not far. You can go by walk from the hotel to place Jemaa el efnaa and old Madina. Overall, we had a nice stay

It was all right, it was a pity that the rooms did not indicate the direction of prayer, and unfortunately no clothes of prayer, and for the rest, everything was perfect.

The hotel’s staff are friendly and welcoming. The location is perfect for taking a train since it’s 5 minute’s walk from the train station. The breakfast is the best that we have had among the hotels we stayed in Morocco. We’re happy to recommend the hotel to anyone who wants to visit Marrakech and takes trains.

It was okay. nothing special for a “5 start” resort. Arrive after 3pm and didn’t get checked in until after 4pm

Morocco navigation positioning has a deviation of tens of meters, so according to the navigation is to circle nearby, not only us, but also the local driver who came to pick us up the next day. In fact, it is convenient to write, from the entrance of the city wall to the right side of the alley, see the picture. It should be considered a homestay, call the boss in advance, otherwise there may be no one. In fact, there is no early morning, but the room is still very good to sleep. Except for us, all the young people live. After all, the price is only 300 yuan. Note that you must change some local currency at the airport first. There are many small shops around the place, and you can also eat late.

Wonderful hotel with great service from the staff, it felt like they actually care about making your stay great. Room service is around multiple times to replenish items. The best place in my 2 weeks in the country. Beach is right in front, decent gym and heated indoor pool, short walk to the markets. Outdoor pool isn't heated and was a bit cold to swim in Dec. I enjoyed the breakfast, some interesting items like banana jam. Thank you all. 😊

I wanted to share some constructive feedback regarding the pricing for non-resident guests visiting the pool. I was surprised to see the cost set at 1000 MAD for an afternoon visit. Having recently visited several top-tier 5-star hotels in Dubai — including venues such as the Aura Skypool — I found their pool access prices significantly more reasonable, despite offering similarly or even improved premium experiences and amenities. fully appreciate the need to maintain exclusivity and quality, but I believe a more accessible pricing structure would be more suitable for guests visitors while still preserving the luxurious experience that Sofitel is known for. Value for money very bad and misleading advertising: The location is great, the servers are super nice and helpful BUT: 1. totally chemical orange juice low end at breakfast 2. pool without overflow and especially dirty, without filtration. We had to clean it ourselves several times. 3. very incomplete meal card: there are many things missing. Too bad!!!
