GGuest UserThe room boasts an excellent location, right by the pier. The in-house BryggeriPub, a popular spot, gets incredibly crowded in the evenings. Hotel guests receive priority, but reservations are highly recommended to avoid a very long wait.
The room itself is small, and essential toiletries like toothbrushes, toothpaste, and slippers are not provided. However, the water pressure is strong, with excellent flow. An electric kettle is available.
The mattress is on the softer side, which might be an issue for older guests or those with back/neck problems.
Breakfast truly stands out, offering a wide selection of dishes prepared by skilled chefs.

GGuest UserIt was the most interesting hotel in my itinerary. Haha, it looks like it's been years.
The location is easy to find. It is just two intersections from Bergen train station. The houses on the side of the road have house numbers on the walls. You can see where you are at a glance. The wall on the right hand side of the door is a full-length password box. The hotel will send an email to Ctrip in advance to inform the room of the corresponding password box password. Turn on the password to get the key card. Like playing the decryption card, this card is used to open the door and the door of the room. When checking out, just put the card back in the box and close it, and you can scramble the password.
I booked a double room by myself and went in to find three single beds. However, this hotel also has an induction cooker, a microwave oven, a kettle and a bunch of kitchen utensils. You can make your own meals, but you must remember to turn on the range hood. Other facilities are quite complete.
The hotel elevator is also very interesting. If you want to take the elevator, you must press and hold the elevator for a long time. Otherwise, the elevator will not respond if you only release it by pressing it.
Basically located in the city center, the main attractions of Bergen are a few minutes walk, the surroundings of the hotel are also very good, the streets and alleys are quite sensational. Bergen is a small city, but it is well worth a visit. It is very convenient to stay here and it is recommended.

GGuest UserA comfortable room... And I only had a standard room facing the mountain. Two comfortable armchairs for relaxing after long days of hiking were worth their weight in gold. A nice bathroom with a large shower. Overall, the room was above average in size. Breakfast was good. Unless a cruise ship was docked (usually around 7:30 a.m.), you could also have a view of the fjord from the breakfast room.
