Upon entering the hotel, you will find a beautiful and spacious reception hall with beautiful decor. I always like it when the general manager is successful, he knows how to manage the hotel, follows up on the customer's needs himself, the cleanliness of the entire hotel, and receives the customer and asks him about his needs and the extent of comfort. The reception manager is wonderful and all the staff are wonderful, beautiful elegance, smiling, speaking English. I used the restaurant. They have a varied menu of food, it was delicious, and the way of cooking is really wonderful ,The dinner they have is delicious. hotel rooms; Wonderful, full-service, clean, spacious bathroom. I consider this hotel to be 5 stars. It should be chosen when visiting Trabzon. I thank the general manager and all the hotel staff for their hospitality and comfort, and I thank the people of Turkey (Trabzon) for their hospitality and generosity to me in their beautiful country.

Excellent apart hotel. I washed all my things. Two rooms, good view. A day was enough to see the city. There is the Meydan (main square), which smoothly transitions into the market and Forum (large shopping center). On Meydan I exchanged dollars at a rate better than the official one, there are large exchange offices near McDonald's. The view from the window is excellent, the birds are singing. Who needs to cook, there is a lot of everything for this. WiFi is fast enough, it showed about 60 Mbit/s in my room at the moment

The hotel is a business designed on the priorities of tourists. Rooms are wide and comfortable. Rooms looking at the road are very noisy because they are only on the side of the road. You are advised to ask for rooms looking at the sea side. I don't know (pay) that I'm not staying in the summer months but there is no room service in the winter months but they order dinner from nearby restaurants. Breakfast is not bad, there is no parking problem with the quality of the pay (in the winter months).
