The hotel is well-equipped, the service staff is friendly, and the transportation is convenient. It is a great experience.

This is the second time I stayed at this hotel during this business trip, because I had a direct flight from Detroit to Shanghai. The hotel environment is very good, the facilities are also good, the front desk is very nice, and they can provide free bottled water, but it is very expensive.

At check-in, I upgraded the high-floor double bed room for $25. The room layout is very interesting and the view is good. The hotel as a whole is old, but the maintenance and cleaning are done well. Hotel location is very good, walking distance from business district, Millennium Park, Michigan avenue business district.

This hotel was a surprising all-around winner. I had interactions with three staff, and all of them were cheerful, friendly, polite, and helpful. The room was clean and well-supplied, the breakfast was ample, and the property is located near several good eating options. On the first floor, there is a family-friendly play area with two foosball tables and several tables scattered around for groups to hang out and play games. Helpfully, TRU provides a selection of board games and puzzles for groups to enjoy. Additionally, there is a fire-pit on site if people want to enjoy some time around a campfire outside. All in all, this hotel is a winner!

To take the free bus shuttle to the hotel, after the luggage is extracted on the first floor, the elevator goes up to the second floor and turns left across the bridge, and then goes downstairs on the left hand side, which is the bus waiting point. Each hotel bus is different, with white, red, yellow and green colors, and several shared buses. This must be confirmed by phone with the hotel in advance. Make an appointment for the bus to the airport tomorrow or later after arriving at the hotel.

Two double beds, the room is very spacious. Good facilities. Breakfast has a light meal at the Sheraton Club, free of charge, and a à la carte set menu and buffet, relatively rich. The location is quite convenient. Overall it is very comfortable.

The room is large, the breakfast is classic American, the last room is set, located on the pool, there is a chlorine gas taste, and the sauna downstairs, so the room is very warm

The hotel has a shuttle bus, which is convenient for airport pick-up, but the hotel facilities are similar to those of domestic chain hotels and the hotel services are average.
