When we arrived we proceeded to stand in line behind the ONLY other person in the check in line and that was also standing behind the lady checking in, in front of the ONLY person sitting at the check in desk. After a few minutes another man walked up behind us. The lady in front of us was called to the desk and then another lady walked up into the entrance on the other side of us. I was next but instead of calling me up she asked if I was VIP. I wasn't so she told me that I was in the VIP line and had to wait until the lady that had JUST walked up was finished before she could take me..... WAIT - WHAT??? There were NO SIGNS stating this line is for the people who are more important, the guy behind us even asked where was the sign stating that this was a VIP line. We asked for a manager, but she also dismissed the situation and said that she knows that the lines are not marked (so somehow we are supposed to know) and she was SORRY that it was a mix up. All of a sudden it was important that there be more than 1 person sitting at the desk. Neither of the two photos say VIP.

The hotel is nicely situated in Fondren, a nice neighbourhood in north Jackson. The suite was nicely appointed, though our shampoo dispenser was empty. The gym is fantastic. Staff were lovely. Breakfast was adequate, though complimentary.

When I first arrived at the desk to check in, I was greeted very cordially by Constance and Hannah, who were very pleasant and friendly, polite, and professional. They took great care in helping me get the room that was just right for me! The room was clean, modern, nicely decorated, with everything you'd need for a pleasant stay - refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker and coffee (they also have free coffee in the office), plenty of fresh, clean towels), nice lighting (they actually have the more expensive 'yellowish' LED lights that create light that is better for your eyes - some lesser hotels have the stark, unpleasant 'blue-ish' LED lights. So, even the lighting in the room was nice. :) The TV is very nice, with many, many satellite channels, and they have a digital clock that allows guests to plug in their USB devices so they can wake up to their favorite music, or news. They offer a REALLY great breakfast, including breakfast sandwiches, bagels, cereal, juice, milk, and much more. What really impressed me, though, is that when I said I'd be leaving too early to take advantage of the breakfast, Constance and Hannah replied, ”Oh, well, if that's the case, you can come get breakfast anytime you want. The office is open 24 hours a day. That kind statement really made my day, because when I travel, I rarely get to take advantage of the free breakfast offered by many of the hotels, since I usually get on the road around 4AM. Thank you for that, ladies!!!! I also wanted to mention Joshua, who made checkout really easy with HIS professional, polite, and friendly help. I highly recommend this hotel. It's nice, but the staff there make it REALLY special. Thanks to all three of you!

The moment I opened the hotel door, I was cured by the just right fragrance and warm lighting in the lobby. The young lady at the front desk smiled sweetly, handed in hot towels and welcome tea, and instantly dispersed the fatigue of the journey. This feeling of being valued is really good. The room was even more pleasant. Pushing the window is the invincible night view. The bedding is very tasteful. It is like being wrapped in clouds. There are buckwheat pillows and latex pillows in the pillow menu. It is too friendly to people with bad cervical spine. The bathroom is separated from wet and dry, and the toiletries are a star brand of herbaceous fragrance. The hair dryer is full of wind and the details are impeccable. When turning down at night, the waiter had carefully pulled the curtains and put slippers, and two handmade cookies and handwritten weather reminder cards were placed on the bedside. The water temperature in the pool is just right, and the gym equipment is all brand new. The breakfast buffet is rich to the choice of difficulties, the freshly cooked beef noodle soup is rich, and the omelette master remembers the ripeness requirements of each guest. Stayed for three days, every time I passed the front desk, the staff could accurately call my name. This kind of just-just care makes this trip particularly beautiful. Come back next time, this must be my first choice.

Breakfast is good, waffles can be made, the hotel is located next to the highway, it is very easy to find, there are many restaurants nearby, there is a parking lot, and the room has a microwave and refrigerator.

The room is generally the same, and the cleaning staff is not enough, it may be a sequelae of the epidemic.

Basic motel. If you are on a budget this is the place for you. I spent 13 total nights with no problems. Motel was renovated 2 years ago and still looks good. Room is clean with comfortable bed. Room was also quite. Room has a small fridge and microwave. Nice size tv with DIRECTV.
