Staff friendliness can vary depending on location, but I’ve had more good than bad experiences. Check-in is usually quick, and they try to accommodate special requests when they can. The biggest perk? You usually know what you’re getting. Whether it’s a small town or a city edge, Motel 6 tends to offer consistent value without surprises. Overall, it’s a solid choice when you just need a clean room, a hot shower, and a good night’s sleep without breaking the bank.

It’s an obsolete hotel. Standard American breakfast. The room is spacious.., but the bathroom is tiny. The shower was horrible.., and the TV was not turning on. The hotel stays 15-20 minutes by foot to the Spectrum Center (Hornets game). I’d not stay again.

Check in was pretty easy and fast. The hotel isn't in an ideal location if you don't drive. Walking to the mall is a little ways away but there is a shop across the road but it's pretty tricky to get across the street. The room was a good size but you don't get any extra toiletries such as tooth brush, comb, etc so make sure you have your own. The hallways did smell like smoke and the gym is on the bottom floor but was out of order my whole stay.

The location is also very good, next to a very famous shopping center Northlake Mall. The staff is very nice and the room facilities are very good. Free American breakfast and dinner, although the variety is not rich, but the ingredients are good, no problem to eat, a hotel with high cost performance. If you have the opportunity, you will stay.

Tru Hotel by Hilton Gaston, North Carolina, good value for money! The hotel is located next to the highway and has convenient transportation. There is KFC and a superb beef restaurant opposite, and the dining is super convenient. The sanitary conditions are acceptable, similar to the standard of domestic super luxury express hotels. The only thing that is not satisfied is that there are few types of breakfast, but fortunately, eggs and meat are available. In addition, the tire was pierced when I stayed in the store, but I think it should be caused by my own carelessness. After all, the security of the United States is still reliable, and no one will deliberately pierce the tire. Overall, suitable for friends who travel by car or short stay!

The flight was delayed and I stayed at the airport for one night. I found a Wyndham hotel. When there was a shuttle bus, there was no free Uber service. There are many restaurants on the road outside the hotel, including hamburgers, Chinese food, and Cuban food. Cuban food is a must-try and it was really good. There are no slippers and toothbrushes, so you need to bring your own. The breakfast is simple, but it has the bread, eggs, and bacon that an American breakfast should have.

In order to catch the plane near the airport, the hotel was changed. The night before, I repeatedly confirmed that I needed to go to the airport at 5 am the next morning. The front desk said that it was definitely possible. It had been arranged, but I arrived at the front desk at 5 am the next morning. The driver was not there. The front desk said that she didn't know where the driver was, saying that she would contact the driver again. I didn't call the message, I waited for a long time and there was no news. I was speechless. I could make an appointment with an Uber car to the airport. I didn't apologize at all! There is nothing around the hotel ～

Staff very friendly and attentive! Rooms were very clean and well kept. We have found our new halfway point for traveling to FL! Location is awesome and has a lot of restaurants nearby.
