Good value for money. Very thin walls, though. The child on the other side could be heard screaming all the time. The room had the charm of a youth hostel dormitory. Breakfast was average but OK. I would have expected a bit more from a Hilton Garden Inn.

The hotel is very well located and the service of people is very good, very pleasant.The room was also good, very spacious and with a beautiful view of the English lake. The bathroom needs to be improved, because the door was not open, always closed, and the quality of towels is not consistent with the value of the daily charged.

It was a long trip recovery stay, the room has a sympathetic area and the Mini-Bar with a minimum offer, a good relationship request quality

I love this hotel, it's our second time and if you have the opportunity, we'll be back with sure ... The rooms and bathrooms are spacious, super clean and quiet!! All staff are very educated and attentive. The breakfast is wonderful, traditional mining coffee and all the buffet is super fresh and delicious!! The hotel has a Japanese restaurant in the delicious ground, too helpful to not have to get out. I only have praises for this hotel!! Thank you very much!!!!

The breakfast is suffering, too small for the hotel size, and they could have already resolved this, given the hotel age. In addition, only two staff members did not realize the full service of table cleaning, replacement of tools and the items offered in the buffet. We understand that the hotel price is economic, but it is not for that reason an advance authorisation for this type of disorganization.Suggestion: reduce buffet options, but ensure that no shortage of minimum, such as hot coffee and salt bread.

The hotel and its facilities are quite old, but the room was exceptionally clean! The room was huge, but I found the bathroom to be very old, with a small leak in the bidet. The air conditioning was new and great. One of the negative points, in my case, was that they didn't have an iron in the room, and to use the hotel's one they wanted to charge me R$95. The breakfast is simple, but it meets my needs perfectly. The surroundings are well located, in the middle of everything!
