The hotel is very nice, clean and quiet, the breakfast was very good buffet style, it's on the outskirts of Mérida although you can get to the center in 5 minutes by car, it's next to a shopping center, burger, Carrefour, the experience was very good.

Absolutely loved this parador! We also upgraded from the basic room - and it was worth it! Good and helpful staff! We had a lovely dinner there!

The location is very central, within walking distance of almost all attractions. There's a church right next door, and a small square with various restaurants right outside! The hotel itself has a strong Roman feel, the beds are very comfortable, and the breakfast is quite good! Although driving in the central area is difficult, the hotel offers parking (for only €25). You can drive directly to the hotel entrance (ignore the sign indicating ”Permitted Vehicles Only”).

We enjoyed our one night at the hotel. The lobby and the common spaces were all well decorated and clean. The rooms were well kept, clean and comfortable, everything worked. The only thing that was a bit disappointing was breakfast, there were few choices and just underwhelming for a four star hotel. I would still recommend this hotel and would stay there again
