Friendly staff, as usual in Indonesia. The hotel has also a nice location right at the sea. However it is an old and poorly maintained facility. Carpets are dirty, curtains have holes, paint is peeling off from walls, furniture is old and worn.

A good budget hotel so far in Makassar. Stay here during Ramadhan around 7 days. So many takjil and good resto around. Near to the Mall, can get there by walking. Will be back soon for sure, thanks Khas!🍉

The hotel above the crowded mall in Makassar! Very strategic place, he is above the crowded mall, the best choice to stay in Makassar. Unfortunately, the hygiene of the room needs to be improved a little because in some places of the room there is dust that has not been cleaned, for breakfast, it seems that the quality of the food needs to be improved, although for many choices. One of the specialties in this hotel is that we have 3 meals.. something different that has never been found in other hotels

It is very comfortable to stay here. This is the third time I have stayed at this hotel. It is cheap and has many facilities, there is a swimming pool and children's play area.

The room was clean and quite spacious, no bottled water but there was a dispenser outside the room. There was an electric thermos for boiling water, tea, coffee, creamer, sugar. There was also a toothbrush, sanitary bag, cotton buds. The shower had hot water. No hair dryer, had to borrow from the receptionist. Didn't try the breakfast. There is an Alfamart & BCA ATM in front of the hotel.

I arrived at 2 PM and requested a non-smoking room, but despite having specified this in my app booking, I was told to wait 30 minutes. After 40 minutes, the room still wasn't ready, and my patience was wearing thin. I was then reluctantly moved to a different room. Once inside, I discovered it was a connected room and completely lacked soundproofing, allowing me to hear my neighbors clearly from both sides. I considered complaining, but I was too exhausted. On a positive note, the view and the location, particularly with its proximity to CPI, were excellent.

My last visit was 2020, and now I still love it, the amenities were completed and the maintenance of the building was good. There is no hotel in Makassar would beat the best view of Losari Beach and surrounding.

Dalton Hotel has always been my go to Hotel when I’m transiting in Makassar. Welcoming staffs, clean rooms, good pool and gym. All the basic things you need in a Hotel are already provided. You could roam around using Gojek or Grab.
