Except the room is a little small, I am quite satisfied with everything else. The service is also good. They will help to sort out the clothes, which is quite unexpected. The spa is just swimming and steaming sauna, I didn't have any demand, so I didn't experience it.

The hotel is super. Price-quality ratio. There is a pool, good breakfasts. Conveniently located. Excellent service. View of St. Isaac's Cathedral.

I came to this hotel with my daughter, only because there is access to the pool and they let people in under 18, and there is also parking. Total: parking is paid, access to the pool is by appointment and for money. The unpleasant thing is the smell of chemicals in the room, although it was a suite. But good breakfasts and a view of Aurora and all of St. Petersburg from the Neva. Overall rating 3/10

This was my first business trip to Russia and my first time in St. Petersburg. A friend recommended this hotel; it's not far from the airport, about a 15-minute drive. The hotel has a great location, with supermarkets and restaurants nearby. A residential area is a 10-minute walk away, and there's a really good steakhouse there. There's also a park nearby, perfect for walks and exercise. The hotel is very new, and the overall environment is great. I booked a double room, which was spacious and very comfortable. The facilities are quite good for the price. Breakfast is on the first floor, and the selection is decent. There's also a restaurant on the second floor, which is an option if you don't want to walk. You can take a taxi to the airport. If you don't have much luggage and aren't in a rush, you can take bus number 39; the bus stop is not far from the hotel, and the fare is relatively cheaper. A very good experience. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in St. Petersburg.

I love this hotel; it's not my first time there. It's a beautiful old building, the rooms are excellent, the breakfast is very good, the staff is friendly, and the room is clean. The only downside for me is the lack of soundproofing. Some of the hotel guests are not known for their intelligence or good manners, which can be a problem, especially when you can hear them and their offspring through the wall at night. It feels like they're in my room. The hotel staff does everything they can to ensure a pleasant stay.

A fantastic hotel 🥹 This is my first truly heartfelt review. It's very close to the train station, a 10-minute walk. Although it's a bit far from the main street, the surrounding area is very quiet, and we slept very well. There's a beautiful park nearby, not crowded, and it's perfect for taking photos when it snows; you can even see a group of adorable dogs at night. The room was impeccably clean, and the breakfast was plentiful. We needed to catch an early flight when we checked out, so we asked the hotel in advance and they prepared a lunchbox. The sandwiches were quite good, and the buffet breakfast was typical white food—the taste was okay, but the desserts were a bit too sweet for Chinese tastes. The coffee was excellent. It happened to be my birthday when I checked in, and the hotel prepared a birthday surprise for me. They gave me a birthday cake with breakfast, and when I returned, I found a birthday letter and chocolates! A very warm and welcoming hotel 🥹 P.S. It would be even better if they could offer to help with luggage; my luggage was too big to carry.

The hotel is very new, the lobby environment is good, the front desk service is in place, you can store your luggage, but because it is too new, the home has a smell, the breakfast buffet is delicious, go to the exhibition hall/airport for about 15 minutes, and the Yekaterina Palace takes 30 minutes by taxi.
