We had an amazing experience at Mövenpick Hotel Bursa, everything about this hotel exceeded our expectations. From the elegant interiors to the warm hospitality, it truly delivers a 5 star experience in every sense. The location is excellent, close to downtown Bursa yet peaceful, with easy access to major attractions, shopping malls, and dining spots. The views of the city and surrounding mountains from our room were absolutely stunning, especially at night. Our room was spacious, modern, and spotlessly clean. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the bathroom was equipped with high end amenities. Every detail, from lighting to layout, made the stay relaxing and luxurious. The service was outstanding. The staff were courteous, professional, and genuinely attentive to every request. Check in was smooth, and the team made sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Breakfast at Mövenpick was a highlight, a beautiful buffet spread with a wide range of Turkish and international dishes, freshly baked pastries, and excellent coffee. The restaurant staff were always friendly and made dining a pleasant experience. Overall, Mövenpick Bursa combines Swiss precision with Turkish warmth, offering comfort, great service, and luxury in one place. The hotel is a bit old, but the facilities are complete and there's free underground parking. The front desk service is professional and warm! Breakfast is decent, not amazing, but it has all the essentials!

The rooms are large and clean. Breakfast was great and a good selection of variety of food for a healthy morning meal. Parking for customers is in the back. Polite staff and very helpful.

It was our 1st time in uludag. The hotel is huge and has amazing staff especially the porter (i forgot his name). He is super pleasant. We didnt get the breakfast in hotel as it was too expensive. The room is clean n nice.

I was very satisfied with my stay. The service was meticulous and attentive; the staff proactively assisted with my luggage and offered helpful reminders. The room was clean and comfortable, fully equipped, and the bedding was soft. The overall environment was modern and relaxing. Very average, the most run-down Sheraton I've ever stayed in. I didn't read the information carefully when I checked in, and I didn't realize I hadn't registered for the executive lounge until I checked in. The curtains in the room fell off as soon as I pulled them. I'm sure I'm definitely not the first one to have them fall off. They were fixed quickly, but I don't understand why such an obvious problem can't be solved systematically? The only thing I think is good is the executive lounge, the view and food are all good, and the hotel has a Turkish bath experience + sauna room.

Of the minuses: the hotel is old, there are no carpets in the corridors and, accordingly, you can hear literally everything, the door to the room is the same as the interior door. That is, none. The number needs updating. It was not possible to really sleep or rest, it was too noisy. The curtains are also ordinary, the light shines through the window in the morning. Pros: good breakfast; wonderful spa area and baths; wonderful staff!

Very neat hotel the location is excellent only driving to it is a problem. Not centrally located. Staff is friendly except the reception staff. Apparently feels above the rest. Please note that the rooms are not cleaned as standard. Exceptionally you have to ask the reception specifically. Success ! Breakfast is very well taken care of staff member Saban. By the way, the owner Ramazan helps personally in the restaurant. It is not noticeable but very special. Pretty man who takes a modest attitude. The pool is small, it's affordable we had a suite for 90 euros per night. The suite really has a top view and is worth the money.
