ZZHIHUAWV very good local hotel, the price is cheaper, breakfast is also rich, I lived for 15 days, but it takes 10 days to check in again, very fantastic rules, often the room left to clean the paper is still warm, bathroom There are 3 sets of towels, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, mouthwash, moisturizer, hair dryer, soap, just like most American hotels, there are no slippers and drinking water.

GGuest UserGood enough. The linens were clean, the floor was clean. The hotel was renovated a few years ago, and I would have to say the whatever contractor they hired did a shoddy job. There were lots of rough edges. It’s fitting that this hotel is in a college town because the work done to the room evokes the classic Morgantown “landlord special.” That said, we booked the handicap accessible room because my dad has mobility issues, and it was very well equipped for his needs. It had a full walk-in shower with stability bars, non-slip surfaces, and a shower chair. It was also located on the first floor right by a side door which made it so much easier for him to get to and from the car. The breakfast was really good by continental breakfast standards. We really enjoyed the warm cinnamon rolls. We didn’t use the office, gym, or pool, but they seemed fine. We would stay here again.

GGuest UserThe air conditioning leaked on floor when turned heat on. We could not get anyone to clean the floor at all… No milk for cereal and when asked took more than 20 minutes to get milk for cereal.

WWEIThis is the most beautiful hotel on this American itinerary. The hotel is located on a beautiful hillside. When we checked in at night, we searched for the hotel for more than half an hour. The sign on the roadside was not obvious. It took a few laps to find it. You almost gave up.
I like the hotel's internal and external environment. A typical American hotel is the same as other American hotels. There is no kettle, toothbrush and toothpaste, and other facilities are good.
The lounge upstairs of the hotel lobby is very impressive, and there is a swimming pool next to it. There is a golf course in front of the hotel, a small lake behind, and many sika deer by the road at night.
If not in a hurry, I really want to stay in this hotel for another day!

GGuest UserThe hotel was nice and we have stayed at Fairfield Inns before. However, the television was broken and needed to be replaced. There were lines on the display screen in two directions, a spot in the lower left hand corner where the television had been dropped or something hit the screen, and the remote control had a sticky substance on the back of it and had obviously not been cleaned. When my wife used the hair dryer, the plastic on the exterior of the hair dryer had separated and posed a potential hazard. The worst part of our stay was my wife finding a bug in the bed when she was straightening the bed for our departure.
The accommodations were not up to Marriott standards, but the desk clerk received our concerns well and apologized.

GGuest UserEnjoy the Managers reception and breakfast buffet. However the room we were assigned on was definitely in need of some TLC maintenance. Love that each room truly is a suite.This was a surprise as we had stayed a week before on a different level and everything was top notch. It was a holiday weekend and I am sure very busy so perhaps that is part of reason. Also,staffing may also account for a very limited and sometimes nonexistent buffet at managers reception. However , I choose to believe our stay the weekend before was more to standard of Embassy.

LLbarrStay was wonderful, staff was nice, super clean! Not happy starting day with COLD shower!
However two things that spoiled our stay:
1. Shower handle was installed incorrectly or broken, when we went to shower in morning, handle could only be turned a quarter…COLD shower, not a great way to start yr day. Can’t believe housekeeping didn’t notice!
2. Our room room was 213, by elevators and laundry chute….there was freezing cold air coming from chute vents.
We notified front desk abd housekeeper upon departure…. Hilton rewards member.
