The reception was very kind, even helping to fix our mistake in booking. The location was great as Vincom was next door and there was a Winmart. Breakfast was plentiful and the rooms were large.
We recently stayed at the Emeralda Tam Coc Resort in the heart of the town, Tam Coc. We had a premium deluxe room which was beautiful, quiet, spacious and comfortable.
Staff were friendly and helpful.
There are two pools, one we believed to be for adults, and one for children but this was not enforced, so could be challenging to relax by the pool at the end of a day.
Breakfast we found to be quite basic, but ok.
Overall the hotel has lovely views and is in a great location for the town.
Environment: A very comfortable hotel.
Service: The service attitude of the staff is very good, everyone greets you with a smile, and you can communicate with them even if you speak Chinese.
Hygiene: Very clean and tidy, inside and outside, no dust.
Facilities: All the necessary functions are available, including a swimming pool and fitness equipment.
Anyway, I will continue to stay here next time I come on a business trip.
This is a really nice Hotel for a couple off Days relaxing.. Beautiful pool that you can swim in . and a very good buffet. Catering mainly to Asian tastes but plenty of choice for everyone . Easily walk down town . Not much to see ..
Resort are just great with v nice scenery, neat and spacious room, balcony with greens and birds humming 👍🏻🎈Facilities with mini golf, indoor and outdoor pools are good. Have spa, kids play room though a bit small, snooker table and soccer board game and bicycle cycling 🚴🏻 are great to have! Enjoyable experience!! Good place for family trip!
The hotel left a good impression. The view of the mountains is beautiful — especially in the morning and at sunset. There is a small, clean swimming pool.
You can rent a motorbike for 150,000 VND, which is very convenient since the hotel is quite far from the city center and walking would take a long time. We arrived by car, and the parking was easy and convenient.
The rooms are clean and well maintained. The breakfast selection is rather limited, but the Vietnamese noodle soup is very tasty and definitely worth trying.
Overall, for the price, this hotel is a solid option.
If you have a lot of luggage or it's your first time here, you might find it a bit inconvenient. The surrounding area isn't very well-lit at night, so it's a bit dark, and you should be a little careful when returning.
However, the upside is that there's an entire street nearby filled with food stalls and plenty of snack options, making it super easy to grab a bite. You don't have to walk far to sort out all your meals, which is a big plus for anyone who loves local street food.
Overall, if convenience for food is a priority and you don't rely heavily on public transport, you could consider it. But if you depend a lot on the MRT or prefer a bright and lively environment at night, you might want to reconsider. That said, the overall value for money is good.
The room was spacious and bright, and the environment was clean and tidy, a welcome escape from the chaotic hostels of Hanoi. It felt like I'd returned to civilization. A special shout-out to Ms. 'Ai' at the front desk; true to her name, she showered me with love, even kindly boiling hot water for me. Thank you so much for your warm and thoughtful service!
Was upgraded to a room with bathtub but it’s on the lower floor where I need to access via metal and wooden staircase. Toilet is also on lower floor and quite inconvenient for me at night. I also encountered quite a few bugs in the room maybe due the nature environment . The hotel shower equipment is hard to adjust to get right temperature. Quite disappointing.
Overall the hotel is nice and the food is very delicious as I dined in the restaurant
My transportation was arranged by the homestay and the journey was not ideal but that's not something they could control. Just setting the scene for how things started. When I got there about 22:30 , the host was SO lovely. Just directed me to my room, helped with my case and took a quick photo of the passport for check in. He informed me he can give me any guide details or information I need in the morning. He took my breakfast order as well.I couldn't be more glad because I did not have the energy to retain any information.
Woke up to gorgeous views. I booked the mountain view and glad to see it when I woke up. As of course I only saw the pool at night. The food is SO GOOD. Rich broth and the banana pancakes were also nice with banana bits in it. I don't usually have breakfast so I didn't ever eat all my meal. Large portions also. The host checked on me via message to make sure I did like the meals or if I would like something else. Kind of them to notice. Short cycle ride to Mua mountain which I get from the homestay. They're absolutely lovely and would definitely stay away. Warm and welcoming.

GGuest UserWe had a wonderful stay at Vũ’s Homestay in Tam Coc. The room was beautiful, very clean, and incredibly spacious, which made it really comfortable to relax after a day exploring the area. The facilities were great and everything was well maintained.
The location was also perfect—close to everything in Tam Coc but still peaceful and quiet. The host was extremely friendly and helpful, always happy to offer advice and make sure we had everything we needed.
Overall, it was a fantastic stay and we would definitely recommend Vũ’s Homestay to anyone visiting Tam Coc.
LLouieJayThe room I stayed in was good, clean and equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The location is excellent, being close to Bai Dinh Temple and the Trang An river tour, which made exploring very convenient. The property itself is wonderfully peaceful, surrounded by nature and perfect for relaxing away from busy areas. The staff were friendly and accommodating throughout, always happy to help. There was also a very cute dog on-site, which added a lovely, homely touch. Overall, it was a pleasant and enjoyable stay that I would recommend.

JJenPI'd contacted the hotel 2 days previously to request an early check in as was arriving at 4.30am & it was granted. When I arrived there was nobody at reception despite me messaging to ask to be checked in. I was sitting in reception for 2 hours before someone appeared. I asked to check in & was told my room wouldn't be ready until after 12:00pm. I asked what I'm supposed to do & it was suggested I go on one of the trips the hotel arranges. After a 10 hour bus journey & 2 hour sit in reception I was completely exhausted & just wanted to sleep. I asked if there was another room I could go to & after waiting another 20 minutes they put me in one. After contacting Trip.com to confirm I'd get the room I paid for, I was finally transferred to it. However, I booked a mountain view room & I do think the description is slightly misleading as to view the mountain you have to go outside your room onto the shared decking where guests are walking to & from to get to their rooms. This accommodation is more like individual dorm rooms. Cleaners didn't make the bed for the 4 nights I was there but did give the table a wipe. Breakfast was basic & edible. The location is about 20 mins into the town area, that's the main positive. I loved Tam Coc & if I were to visit again unfortunately I wouldn't stay here.
GGuest UserA quiet place with its garden and pool.
Access from the alley or on the side of the river.
The territory is stylishly decorated, with a soul. spacious rooms with a good shower.
There is a rental of mopeds and bikes. Delicious breakfast with a choice of dishes.
The hostess is attentive and tactical. On all issues she will help and tell.
The only minus is good hearing in the wooden room. But the neighbors were quiet and didn't prevent sleep.

GGuest UserWe thoroughly enjoyed our recent stay at the hotel. Our room was exceptionally spacious and comfortable, providing a wonderful retreat.
Each morning, we had the pleasure of dining on the delicious breakfast served by the pool. The varied selection, which included both local and Vietnamese specialties, was the perfect way to start our days.
The service throughout the hotel was truly excellent. The staff kindly provided us with a local map and offered valuable suggestions for activities, including a boat trip, bird watching, and exploring the Old Town. We particularly appreciated their insightful advice on the best times to visit various venues to avoid crowds and maximize our experiences, such as for optimal bird watching.
A highlight was renting a motorbike from the hotel to explore. On one occasion, we found ourselves a little lost, but a quick message via WhatsApp to the hotel resulted in immediate and patient assistance to guide us back on track.
Overall, it was a fantastic stay, made memorable by the thoughtful service and excellent amenities. We would not hesitate to return.
