Bari Wuhu, anciently known as the fern sea, is located 18 kilometers northwest of Bari Yu County, Xinjiang. It is a plateau lake with an altitude of 1585 meters, surrounded by mountains and rolling mountains, beautiful water and grass, and the blue waves in the lake. It has a unique spectacle of "lost the mountainous foothills of the city". Whenever in midsummer, the lakes and mountains here are very charming, and the herdsmen nomadic lakeside, the boudoir seats, the cattle and sheep flocks, and the pastoral songs are melodious. It is a good place to escape the summer. Bali Wuhu is injected by the confluence of natural spring water around, about 12 kilometers wide from east to west, about 20 kilometers long from north to south, and the lake area is112.15 square kilometers. The lake is also rich in mangositite and salt fields, and the lake contains aquatic biohalogen insects (nian insects). The lake is anciently called the fern sea, the Posi Sea, the Yuan Dynasty called Barkul Lejiao, the Mongolian sand and Barkul in the Qing Dynasty called Bari Wuhu.
