Cao'an Temple, located at the south foot of Huabiao Mountain in Jinjiang City, Fujian Province, is about 20 kilometers away from Quanzhou City. It is not a famous tourist attraction in Quanzhou. However, it is the only relic of Mani Guangfo and Manichaeism (Ming religion written by Mr. Jinyong) temples in our country, and the only relic of Manichaeism temples in the world. Cao'an began in Shaoxing, Song Dynasty, and was originally named after Cao'an. From Emperor Shunde of Yuan Dynasty to the fifth year of Yuan Dynasty (1339 AD), it was changed into a single eaves stone structure Xieshan style building. The Cao'an is built on a cliff. It has four rafters, three open rooms with a width of 1 183; 67 meters and two deep rooms of 3.04 meters. Under the eaves, the roof is supported by a single row of arch beams, which is simple and simple. A circular shallow niche with a diameter of 1.68 meters and a Manichaeism Buddha carved in the niche is the only statue of Manichaeism in the world. The statue falls on the lotus flower bed and sits 1.52 meters in length, 0.83 meters in width, 0.32 meters in length and 0.25 meters in width. It is amazing that the face of the Buddha is pale blue with pink hands and gray-white clothes, making use of the differences in the rocks. Natural tricolor is delicately constructed. The monastery is free of tickets. The scenic spot is very good. It takes about 2 hours to play. The only inconvenience is that Jinjiang and Quanzhou do not have direct bus to the monastery. Generally, self-driving tours are the majority.

Grass is the only remaining Manichean site in the world. It is a key cultural relics protection unit in the country. It reflects the multicultural integration of Quanzhou in the Song and Yuan Dynasties. Now only Manichean Buddha stone carvings are only precious. Mr. Jin Yong's Mingism originated from Manicheanism and has its origins. He has also been here, the traffic is not very convenient, the bus station is more than a kilometer away from the mountain, but that is because of this, you can experience the quietness of walking here.

The Mingism in Jin Yong's writing is true. It takes a special taxi to visit, and the tour is not long but it is meaningful. As the only temple dedicated to the Mani teaching, the historical and cultural value is far greater than the value of the tour. Quanzhou Shenyi does have a deep cultural heritage, and there is a path up the mountain behind. You can see the words of persuasion. I fantasize about the six gates in Jinyong's novels. Hehe ③ by electricity, the small forest at the foot of the mountain is very leisurely, it is a good place to camp.

The Mani Temple is a Mani Relic site. Mani Religion is actually worshipping fire. The Mani statue in the Mani Temple is also the only surviving Mani statue in the world. There is a path up the mountain after the temple. Because of time, we gave up a few steps. There is also a Buddhist monastery next to it, where Li Shutong once lived. Personally, if you have more time in Quanzhou, you can go and see it. If you are nervous, you can give up.

This is the Ming Dynasty site in Jin Yong's novel. There is a unique Mani Light Buddha in the world. The temple is very small. There is a young nun stationed. There are not many tourists here. When we arrived, only two young people were chatting with the nun. The small temple is not much incense. If you go, you can add a pillar of incense to add popularity.
