Had to see this place in sin. We weren’t disappointed. We got the combination and it was gorgeous. Hopefully we could try hangover therapy but it was Thursday. Although I still have a hangover!

Many people talk about real farm table cooking, few people really do. Rosio SanchuanéZ people not only cook, but who cook the heart, head, and will prepare the food of high quality people will always remember it. She brought her own corn from Mexico. Her team made their own Massa and they prepared each cake by hand. I tasted the original Massa was light and fluffy, without the heavy lardiness likely.

We tried two tortillas, Lungua, Al Pastor, and Salmon Fried Corn Powder (nodding local dish). The choices change every day, but they always concentrate on making a small selection. We add totopos and excellent avocado sauce. Ordered tortillas made by Mexican cheese Danish milk Rosio in her perfect tortilla. I never had a better powdered cake, I don't know if I would? We ended up with licorice fritters. Obviously, that wasn't exactly Mexican. Not too sweet either. Here you can really find the risks behind having a world-class pastry chef. We tried to leave a tip but Rosio wasn’t satisfied. She was surprised we chose Paletas (Mexican lollipop) and we walked out the door. I tried an avocado lollipop. It’s hard to describe how good this is. Do try Paletas. I read some other reviews and noticed people talking about prices. Finding these ingredients and preparing food from scratch is magical in Denmark, it's expensive. Even in Mexico (especially), almost everywhere is from scratch. If a person wants quality, then he must be prepared to pay a fair price to eat something unique.

his daughter DesanchuanéZ actually eats at an absolutely fair price.

If I live in Denmark, I think I can't help eating here every day.

I am Mexican, born and raised in Mexico, so I have the right to consider my own tortillas and micheladas experts. Guys, this is the first time I have got the whole Mexican experience away from home (even the United States).

It all started with the cake. They have tortillas made just a few minutes ago, they made tortillas for you and they actually made tortillas with corn themselves.

50% of the experience counts to corn, followed by guizos ". On that day, I could try every choice of 3 corn 100 kronors (the cheapest tortillas ever in my life every guizzo) entirely in the traditional way of cooking, but " Carnitas " Taco is only an exception.

michelada super spicy with the right amount " Petroleo " So even though we were at 7o Celsius I could enjoy so much.

Finally, all the staff from Mexico or Latin America USA added experience. So I would say if you are a Mexican miss home and you visit Copenhagen, it is a mandatory stop.

I can buy some " Pande muerto " Celebration " Díade Muertos " Far from home.

Tortillas are good more practical corn than filling. Nice to eat again but not going to look for. In December, there was a frozen place, even if there was a heater next to us, even if it was just a quick bite of food. Service was a bit weird/unfriendly. We ordered a beer + tortilla set and the guy opened only 2 bottles, right away. I asked if we had anything else (black beer in December) and he said, "Yes, but should have said it sooner."

In Norway we had Taco Friday and it was a very Norwegian style thing a bit like real tortillas. Because I didn’t think I liked tortillas and then I went to Sanchez’s daughter. Now I can say I really liked tortillas and Mexican food.

This is a simple little cafe-like place with three different types of tortillas every day, some other snacks and a variety of bad drinks. They import their own tortillas, making them really big differences.

I will say you can't go to Copenhagen instead of Hija de Sanchez, I know I can't.
