老城——费城的老城是最早的美国首都，美国1776年7月4日在此宣布独立的城市。这座城市的独立宫、自由钟都是当年历史的见证，也是美国独立的象征。费城不仅有历史，也是金融、文化的名城，美国的第一、第二家大银行都坐落在此地，著名大学：宾夕法尼亚大学也在这里城市。

费城的old city老城区指东起第二街、西至第六街，从南面的栗树街（Walnut Street）到北边礼士街（Race Street）的区域。 这里有扎着小辫儿的马拉车，有幽静的老宅子，有文艺调的精致小店，隔离了城市的喧嚣，散发着生活的温暖味道。 第一站来到艾尔弗雷斯小巷（Elfreth’s Alley） ，这个美国历史上最古老的居民街可以上溯到18世纪早期。 老城区街景就像是杯美式咖啡，表面简简单单，在時间的沁润下，每一口都是美好光阴的浓缩滋味。每座房子，每个橱窗，似乎都能让人嗅到历史的浓郁香气。
