Guest UserThe hotel's landscaping was beautiful, and the food was excellent.
Unfortunately, the gate to the Wuyou Wharf boardwalk next to the pool was locked, requiring a detour. After my river cruise, I could see my room but couldn't get in. I walked around in the blazing sun for a while before the butler finally picked me up in a shuttle bus at the exit.
Butler Xiao Li responded to WeChat messages very quickly, answering all questions promptly and providing timely shuttle service.

The family room is super spacious and comfortable. The toilet and shower are separate, which is very convenient. The soundproofing is also excellent; I couldn't hear any noise from other rooms. Plus, it's only one stop away from Chunxi Road, and there are plenty of food options just across the street. There's also a supermarket and pharmacy on the corner, which is really great. The station is only a 2-minute walk away. They also include breakfast and afternoon tea with 'Bingfen' (ice jelly), and there's even a robot delivery service for meals. The service is also excellent; I'd like to give a shout-out to Xiao Jing at the front desk, who was very polite and enthusiastic. It's a really worthwhile place to stay.

The hotel was really great. There’s an elevator, so no need to worry about carrying luggage up the stairs.
We arrived at ฺBus Stop 2 and the hotel staff came out to help us with our bags — plus we were warmly greeted by an adorable dog!
We chose a triple room, and the space was comfortable and sufficient for everyone. Our room faced the front with a beautiful mountain view.
The beds also had electric mattress warmers, which made our sleep very cozy.
Breakfast was good, and the stir-fried vegetables were delicious.
They also provide hiking poles that guests can borrow.

Guest UserThis was the smallest hotel room I have stayed in during my travels. There was literally no space for two people. The photos made the room look deceptively big, and I should have known better than to rely on them. The room was only 15 square meters, but the photos made it look closer to 30 square meters, so that was a mistake on my part.
The good thing about this place is that the staff were very, very friendly, and the common area was cool and hipster-like. However, the room itself was not the best. I would say it was the worst room I have stayed in while traveling.
On the first day, the water would not go down the drain, so I had to call the staff at reception. We found that the drain was clogged full of hair, which was really disgusting, and the staff had to clean it. The room was also not cleaned every day because they were short on cleaning staff.
It is a horrible room for two people because, if you have two pieces of luggage, you have to climb onto the bed just to get around. The location of the place is fantastic, but the room is very poorly insulated from noise, so you can hear all the cars at night.
I would not stay here again. The staff made the place a lot better and more bearable, but I do not recommend it.

Guest UserThis stay exceeded my expectations. The hotel is located in the city center, close to a subway station, making travel very convenient. It's easy to get to attractions like Chunxi Road and Kuanzhai Alley, and there are many dining options nearby.
The housekeeper, Ms. Huilin, provided warm and thoughtful service. She called in advance to confirm room preferences and responded promptly to any issues. The room was spacious, very clean, and the bed was comfortable. The soundproofing was good, ensuring a peaceful night's rest. For those driving, there's free parking, and even charging spaces for electric vehicles, which is very friendly for self-driving tourists. Highly recommended!

TaokexiaThe hotel's environment is fantastic, a tranquil oasis amidst the bustling Emei Mountain scenic area. Outside, it's lively, but the moment you step into the hotel grounds, it immediately transforms into a peaceful haven.
The room is grand and exquisite, with many details that stand up to close inspection. The courtyard is a hidden gem, offering views of the river, lawn, and forest stretching from near to far. It’s incredibly layered and very quiet. The soaking pool in the courtyard is also wonderfully comfortable, filling up quickly. In the end, my son and I decided to skip the crowds at Emei Mountain and just relax in the room, enjoying the scenery – wasn't that a better idea?
Finally, a big thank you to our butler, JUNE. She was incredibly attentive, making our check-in seamless, and all our specific personal requests were handled far beyond our expectations. Most importantly, she recommended several restaurants near the hotel entrance, each one more delicious than the last, which was a huge help!

HuiRu_This is my second time staying at Ben Hotel, and overall it was quite comfortable. The massage bed now only runs for a maximum of 20 minutes. I suggest they allow for custom timing; it's a shame when it cuts off just as you're getting comfortable.
The front desk service could be a bit more welcoming, and it would be great if there was hot water available in the lobby.

Anonymous UserThe location is excellent, very close to the East Station. You just cross the road from the East Plaza. There's an underground passage within the station, but I couldn't find it after searching for a while, as the signs weren't very clear. The room is indeed small, but it's sufficient for an overnight transfer. The decor is a bit dated, but for the price, it's not worth expecting too much. It's perfectly acceptable for just over 100.

Guest UserThis hotel is probably the closest to the scenic area's ticket office, about 700 meters, which I tested and confirmed is a 10-minute walk. Plus, it's an InterContinental brand hotel, so at least you know the basic standards are guaranteed.
Check-in was smooth, and they even have a delivery robot. Downstairs, there's a McDonald's, a bubble tea shop, and a small convenience store. For breakfast, you can order freshly cooked rice noodles, and there are also stir-fried dishes. Honestly, it's much better than the buffet lunch at Nuorilang in the scenic area.
The room isn't huge, but it's perfectly adequate, and the bed and pillows are very comfortable. If you book in advance, the price is also quite reasonable. Highly recommended!
