The photos make it seem like this hotel occupies its own standalone building, but that isn’t the case. It is actually located on the 15th and 18th floors of an older building, which makes the overall experience feel less premium than expected. While the hotel floors themselves have a modern, futuristic design, the contrast with the rest of the building was a bit disappointing. Additionally, the room we booked did not have a window, which was not clearly communicated in the images on trip.com, which did disappoint us. During our visit, there was also very loud construction noise. To their credit, the staff responded promptly and moved us to another floor. However, the noise was still noticeable even after the room change. The hotel offered a 5% discount as compensation, but we felt it was insufficient given the inconvenience caused, especially since we would also not be able to collect Trip.com coins for this stay. As a result, we declined the offer.

The rooms at this hotel are absolutely gorgeous and perfect for photos! My friends and I stayed in a few different room types, but our favorite was definitely the treehouse room with the hot tub. We took so many pictures, and my WeChat Moments blew up with compliments, haha! We'll definitely be back next time.

This hotel EXCEEDED my expectations! I mean- from the front desk to the cleaning staff- absolutely unmatched service! Professional and seamless!. Talk about the AMENITIES- I’ve travelled in China- and I must say this is definitely one of the best hotels I’ve been in- the attention to detail is incredible- the room equipment and SMART functions- are what I need in 2026. The water system 💯- I could choose the temperature I want from simple room temperature to warm to hot- I mean wow 🤩! The bathroom- shower- the best! Water pressure and temperature- awesome! The toilet- a bidet- comfort on another level! The free VC juice at the reception/ dining area- so refreshing (I didn’t buy any juice during my stay 😀). The location is very convenient- near the malls- restaurants and tourist attraction areas. There is also a rooftop for some fresh air and chilled vibes (solo or with friends)!Bottom line is - I really enjoyed my stay and most importantly- it’s a very budget friendly hotel. EXTRA value for your money. I’d definitely stay here again when I come to Chengdu❤️.

The room is located in the city center, surrounded by many food stalls and convenient for getting around. The place is neat, clean, and very comfortable. The bathroom is bright and spotless, and the cleaning staff did a meticulous job. The front desk staff were very helpful and promptly resolved any issues. This is a hotel I'll definitely choose again for future trips. Highly recommended!

I was very satisfied with my room upon check-in, and overall, I highly recommend this hotel. It's right next to Chunxi Road and Taikoo Li, with a 24-hour convenience store and a pharmacy just across the street. The cleaning staff were very thorough, and the front desk concierge upgraded my room type. There's Haagen-Dazs ice cream and afternoon tea on the first floor. It's so convenient to walk to Chunxi Road right outside! The breakfast on the 30th floor offers an unbeatable view. I've already recommended it to my friends, and I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Chengdu. It's great! Our self-drive trip to Leshan was absolutely perfect! We spent the day seeing the Grand Buddha, and then stayed at this Zen-inspired hot spring hotel at night, which totally elevated the ambiance 🌿. The natural wood and Zen design created a tranquil and elegant atmosphere; as soon as we walked in, we felt a sense of peace. The room came with a private hot spring tub, and they even provided complimentary aged tree tea soup. The warm tea soup, infused with a delicate tea fragrance, left us feeling completely relaxed and washed away all our travel fatigue. I have to especially praise the incredibly comfortable pillows – they were just the right firmness, and once I lay down, I didn't want to get up, ensuring a great night's sleep. The thoughtful details and therapeutic experience make this hotel highly recommended for anyone visiting Leshan!

My first visit to Chengdu was over 10 years ago. Back then, it was a city recovering, with an older appearance and a smaller downtown area. Now, it's a huge, constantly growing and developing metropolis. This apartment hotel is pretty much in the city center, just two subway stops from popular spots like Chunxi Road and Taikoo Li. It's clean, tidy, and the service is great. The studio apartment is well-equipped, and it's quiet at night, which is perfect for sleeping. The value for money is excellent – I definitely recommend it!

I had just reached the hotel entrance when a front desk staff member immediately stood up, smiled, and greeted me, helping me carry my luggage and smoothly processing the check-in procedure without making me wait even a single minute. Even more thoughtful was that, during the waiting period for the formalities, the front desk staff specially prepared a glass of refreshing hibiscus tea for me. Drinking it in the hot weather instantly alleviated the discomfort from the journey. Once inside the room, I was very satisfied with the overall conditions. The room was spacious enough to avoid any sense of confinement, the decoration style was simple and elegant, although not overly luxurious, it was still cozy, and every corner was meticulously cleaned, making the stay extremely comfortable.

My stay here was excellent! The king room I was given was very spacious, and the bedding was so comfortable I slept soundly. The hotel's amenities are top-notch; the pool and gym facilities are complete and well-maintained, which was really convenient for relaxing and exercising in my free time. The service staff were incredibly kind and provided meticulous, thoughtful service throughout my entire stay, making the experience truly wonderful. It offers great value for money, and I'll definitely choose to stay here again next time!

The room was spacious enough, with its own courtyard, quiet and comfortable. It's located near Water Street, making it convenient for commuting. Across from the hotel is a large park with excellent air quality, perfect for walking and exercising! The hotel also has a clean underground parking lot. There's also a Dongpo Restaurant nearby, serving authentic Sichuan cuisine. Overall, it was a wonderful experience! Xiao Xu drove us to the high-speed rail station in his Mercedes-Benz, and Xiao Wang was also a big thank you. 😊
