One of the best hotels with good customer service and excellent facilities! I don’t normally write long feedback, but I was beyond happy and my expectations were truly exceeded. Kudos to both pool attendants — they’re polite, kind, and very attentive to kids. The Wi-Fi was great, perfect if you’re working while on vacation. The check-in and check-out processes were smooth and hassle-free! The receptionists and F&B staff were amazing. Breakfast didn’t have too many options, but everything was delicious and worth the price. The room was quite small, especially if you’re traveling with kids, but it was clean, cozy, and smelled great Good Job to house keeping department!! The hotel also offers free access to the Mactan Newtown beach and pool, which was amazing! They provide a free shuttle service on schedule, but if you don’t want to wait, no worries — it’s just a short walking distance. My baby Franco really enjoyed our stay here. Thank you for the wonderful experience! We will surely Belmont Management, please take care of your people — they’re your gems! Customers will surely keep coming back because of them!

It was fantastic Vacation ever. Front desk Kevin was amazing from Arrival until departure. He was very kind and efficient. It was nice welcome. The restaurant staffs all were great. Breakfast, beach snack and dinner. They are kind and provide best service. Beach safety guards and security(Julio, if i remember correctly) very kind and help single traveler request very well. Thanks for my departure transportation driver. Every staffs with busy operation, they keep smile on face. I have a best vacation under the sun and beautiful beach with South Palm resort! Really awesome and accommodating service. The resort is one of the best I've experienced in this part of asia, in terms of the food, room quality, all the hardware and service as well. Aloher was super friendly and very helpful, the front office staff were all kind and warm too. Breakfast was excellent, but might need greater variety in the fruit section. Location was slightly off the beaten track but the private beach as a result was perfect.

This was a fantastic hotel! What stood out most was how incredibly kind and helpful the hotel staff were, offering 24-hour assistance. The breakfast was also delicious, and the rooms were clean, making for a truly satisfying hotel stay.

For 2 20-year olds and a 13 year old with mom it was a great time, even though weather was not for inviting us to dive. Good proximity to all other restaurants and wonderful well kept facilities with very welcoming staff.

I spent four nights in the excecutive suite of the new wing and i was pleasantly surprised by the hospitality and excellent standard of this beautiful resort near the airport, which was not noticeable at all (no planes flying over or near the location). The hotel staff was always attentive, friendly and helpful. The beach was kept clean, the schools of little fish in the water indicating its purity. The restaurant Allegro's breakfast buffet offered a variety of different cuisine to choose from: tasty , fresh, appetizingly displayed. i especially enjoyed the local filipino treats like puto and bibinki. In addition i thoroughly enjoyed my vegetarian pizza at Delfino's and the refreshing thrist-quenching freshly-made juices at the juiceBar. I received two very relaxing treatments by Ms.Aileen at the Spa, with its peaceful and quiet atmosphere. Housekeeper Ms.Rose was impeccable at making sure i always had new bottles of drinking water. Although i did not require her daily housekeeping, my room stayed clean , towels orderly and my laundry was in perfect condition , delivered on time. This beautiful Resort deserves a five star rating in my humble opinion. Bravo and Thank you Bluewater Maribago, i know where i will be staying when i come back to the Philippines in the near future.

This is our 2nd time with my husband booking this hotel, I prefer to stay here because it is quite near to the mactan airport and they also have free drop off and pick up in which I believe it was less hassle to just an ordinary customer like me. Furthermore, the cleanlines and ambiance was good and the staffs are accommodating. Highly recommended this hotel

First of all i would like to say thank you to all the staff especially to Francis the manager at the Bar and the receptionist girl name Ruth she is very pleasant i really appreciate the helpfulness, and also the treatment they gave us it was a delightful experienced i worked in a service industry too and this is really important to have those excellent service in order to sustain the business, whoever is the owner of this hotel please do appreciate the hard-work of Francis the manager at the bar and Ruth im really glad of what he did for us during our stay, the staff are well trained, and overall the room is huge, and clean the amenities are great:) Thank you Dusit Thani, For those who checked a high quality type of service and good place to stay please choose Dusit thank by the way the food is great they have a big serving its all fantastic but the most highlight of my stay is because of the service given to us! Wow - Super hotel. Best hotel I have visited in years. Staff polite, efficient and attentive in a polite way. Room was very large, with some free mini cookies and a few free juices. Food and drinks reasonable. Breakfast had a great range of food. The steak at the restaurant was super They even notified breakfast group I could not take milk. Lots of couples but as a solo traveller felt cared about. From start to finish flawless. Even twice a week one hour of free cocktails. When it rains the staff already start wiping down tables and once eases gardeners are out sweeping the leaves off the pathways to help maintain its beautiful appearance. Seriously impressed
