Staff is very friendly. They gave us a connecting room even though we only booked a normal room. Hotel is quite old, and some of the facilities are quite worn out. But overall is still good for this price point. Location is good too. Walked straight out and you can locate numerous restaurants.

view was great, it’s the kind of view that you wish to wake up to every morning. private pool and the place was overall quite clean as well. buffet breakfast has a wide spread of cuisine and food (mostly local food though). the only downside is the location and the security. since the place is very far off from the city, if you were to go back late at night, the road to montigo is super dark, no street lights at all so i would recommend going back early. finding a grab to the city was always relatively hard, took quite some time. the main door of the villa is see through and not really secure so just lock your bedrooms at night :)

Here are my reviews for turi beach resort, as my first time solo travellers. The locals are nice, the location is good too. With welcome drinks once you check in the hotel( which i did not drink as i was busy checking in but looks delicious 🤤). It was good to unwind, to relax your mental health. The staff gave me a nice room which made me more appreciated. The only thing I'm not okay with is there is no lotion in the room which makes me a little bit sad as i expected to have one. But the overall experience is good. I love the place and the staff are friendliness. I also love the sunset and sunrise . Especially at the island bar restaurant.I will definitely come back there

Location is a plus point. Near Batam Center ferry terminal n a shopping mall. Staff super friendly, when we reached the hotel, was raining heavily. But our coach can’t enter the carpark. So the hotel staff came out to the road side n shelter us with umbrella n help us with the luggage.

the resort was very aesthetic and we love the glamping tent! it was very clean and the service from the staff was superb. we ordered the tentsite bbq (though we feel that their all-you-can-eat buffet is more worth) and had the opportunity to bbq under the skies and in the comfort of our own tent. amenities wise was limited as the swimming pool only had a small portion of place to swim and there was no gym. we had to pay for everything else which was a bit costly. the taxi cost was also about $20 higher than what grab quotes, but getting a grab is hard here, so do arrange prior transport which can be cheaper. seems like they arrange public buses for those who are going back via the nearer ferry terminal, so can call the hotel beforehand to check. overall, you are paying a high price for the experience + amazing service!

My partner booked a standard room for my birthday. The room was on the 12th floor with harbour view (room 1231). The hotel building is 13 floors with the lounge on the top floor. The room came with king sized bed with bay window seats, the bathroom had a bath tub and a separate shower room. Plus point for ladies, powerful hairdryer! Love that there was a day curtain (manual) and blackout curtain (automatic with switch) to adjust natural light coming into the room. The staff throughout the hotel was polite and helpful. The pool + swirl pool + kids pool is on the 5th floor overlooking the sea. The gym (24 hours) and spa (was advised by the spa staff they opens 10am to 10pm daily) is also on the 5th floor, easily accessible from the lift lobby. The gym is well equipped with 3 treadmills, 2 elliptical, 3 stationary bikes, 2 free weight benches and some machines. The pool is clean (my stay was on weekdays) 25m in length at its longest length. Decent for laps. Great views overlooking the sea. The the whirlpool at the side is a plus point. Level 2 of the hotel connects to the adjacent Bayfront mall. The restaurants at the promenade are accessible from level 1 of the hotel lobby. There are a lot of food choices, mostly seafood restaurants. Also a hotpot restaurant. Only disappointment was the spa (Quan Spa). Went for the Quan Day Ritual for Two (2.5 hours) which included stone massage, ear candling, coffee body scrub and mask (plus V-spa Retus for ladies) for Rp 2,000,000 before taxes (with taxes was about Rp 4,000,000 = SGD 400). Quality of masseurs was poor (massage techniques, temp of the hot stones), inattentive service, unclear instructions (possible due to language; masseurs speaking simple English). Wasn’t told about the start of the mask, only to realized we had to rest for 15 mins for the masking process. Also insufficient information given for V-Spa Retus which was done near the end of spa session. Quite disappointing given the price point.

Busy week for the people working there but it was enjoyable and my family had a great time. Staffs were good and hospitable especially the Zumba dance instructor. Props to their front desk team & cafe team for handling a lot of guest. However, location is not so great it is far from everything buy ahead of time before you come, it was quite expensive for basic things they double up the price. Food was also not so great with that price expectations are high if you are picky good luck. The room we stayed had a foul smell their drainage :/ I guess ask for air freshener and they do not clean you have to pay up it is only free on your 3rd ish day 😐. Felt more like a school compound than an actual hotel modern compared to Angsana which had more of a Bali vibe. Not much things to do in the hotel tbh

Resort was very quiet when we arrived on Thursday. The lagoon was spectacular. Very impressive. Very clean. The lagoon was separated into areas for specific activities. And all activities on the resort comes with additional fees. But they currently have a promo for November which comes with free Slip and Slide, it’s awesome! Kids had a great time there. All the paid activities are expensive. Better to get the package deal from Klook. I had a terrible food poisoning on Day 2. And I was the only one to get it in my family of four. Was sent off to the clinic for anti vomit jab and recovered on the second day. Ordered bbq at our tent for dinner on one of the night and it was so nicely set up. Unfortunately food was not nice 😅 too salty or too sweet! There’s only one restaurant in the resort. Food is expensive. And quality is just average. Breakfast is about the same everyday. 😅

Batam View Beach Resort was recently refurbished, so hallways and rooms have an updated look with dark wood hues giving it a bit of modernness. The building has also been given a fresh cost of white paint, giving it a fresh feeling. The gaudy light signboard no longer adorns the main entrance. Despite the updates, the property occasionally exudes tiredness: the signage at the entrance is really dated and when we first saw it, we had some apprehension on how the experience would be (think wildness school camping). But our fears were unfounded as the entered the property: it was clean and modern enough for a comfortable stay. Upon arrival, we were greeted with a welcome drink. It was a refreshing welcoming from the warm weather outside. The chairs in the restaurant were tired and the chairs were sunken a little uncomfortable to sit. It would have been if they could be updated for a more comfortable experience. Now on to the food, we had lunch, breakfast and dinner at the restaurant. Lunch was pretty standard but nothing to shout about. There was rice, soup, noodle and other sides, fruits and desserts that while palatable, again were nothing to rave about. During lunch, the only weird encounter I had was with the chocolate jelly; chocolate does not do well in a jelly. Breakfast was buffet style. The staff at the entrance will ask for your room number before being let in for breakfast. It was a fuss free experience. The buffet breakfast had typical fare such as rice, noodles, porridge, bread, cereal and an egg station with the usual fare you see at breakfast. There’s a kelong within the property which serves up pretty decent seafood if you want something nearby and do not want to travel out. For dinner, as it was a team event, they set the area near the pool to be an open space buffet for dinner with a stage for the activities. While the experience was good and fun (food again was average), I cannot imagine the noise pollution for the other guests staying on the property. The party went on to the night at about 10pm, and I spotted a couple of guests coming out of their rooms to see what was happening. So, if you are staying here for leisure, something to take note of. They have a little pet / animal corner which I wanted to check out but had not time to do so We had a room on the second floor. The hallway was brightly lit and due to the recent refurbishment, it was a pleasant environment. Upon entering the room, we were greeted with a clean room with 2 beds. There was ample of space to hang clothes and a luggage space for 2 medium luggage. The closet was open, basically just a pole above the luggage space with about 6 hangers provided. Housekeeping was good, but not excellent as there a strand of long hair in one of the pillow cases, and there was a little bit of dust on the shelves. AP Premier is one of the oldest hotel in Batam Indonesia and was known as Novotel in the past. The hotel was one of the top grade hotels in Batam when I stayed there 20+ years ago (yr 2001). Although there are many hotel options now days in batam but AP Premier is still my favorite place to stay when visiting batam for business trip recently. The hotel location is good to me. It is very near to ferry terminal, Habourbay (in fact within walking distance) and Nagoya, the old town center where most of the tourists from Singapore would like to visit. The hotel public area is quite spacious. The breakfast selection was great. Room is clean and comfortable to stay. Hotel service is awesome especially the front desk team like Miss Wani and Mr Dona are exceptionally helpful.

Friendly and helpful hotel staff, room cleanliness no doubt about it.. Room amenities kitchen appliences and fridge working conditing as for tv channel reception not too good. Hotel facilities as gym equipment was not working, hope it could be upgrade.

Stayed between 12 - 14 Dec 2022. The hotel is about 5 mins walk away from Harbour Bay Ferry Terminal. There are 2 Circle K across the hotel and the stretch of seaside restaurants (Wey Wey, Alco) is about 2 mins away. Nearest supermarket, Go Go Supermart is located approximately 5 mins walk away from the hotel, located beside Swiss-Bell Hotel and underneath the defunct Harbour Bay Mall. Hotel's Front Desk is friendly and able to communicate in English. I was asked to consider upgrading my room at a special price (~S$9) as the room I booked was small. I agreed since the offer was much larger and came with a balcony. Regrettably, my room was only ready at about 3.30pm, 30mins after the check-in time at 3pm. My Room (207) is in a slightly run down condition with uneven floor tiles, cracks and paint peeling on the walls, water ponding at the toilet drain outlet next to the toilet bowl. The cleanliness is bad too with stains on the covers of the bed, pillows, blanket. The furniture surfaces in the room and balcony were dusty. Water pressure in the shower was adequate but the hot water only lasted for about 5 mins. Bath towels were unavailable during check in and only available at 4pm according to Housekeeping. I left for dinner at around 5pm and the towels weren't delivered yet. Thankfully, they were there when I came back. The view on my balcony was partially obstructed by the hotel's signboard as it is located directly above the hotel's arrival lobby. The corridor was dark most of the time with only lights at both ends. During my stay, I've only encountered the lights for the whole corridor switched around 7pm only on one evening. Breakfast is provided Sweet Corner Restaurant at Level 1 of the hotel between 7am to 11am. The food was simple with options of rice, noodles, porridge, white bread with condiments. Style of the staples and complimenting dishes varies daily. Eggs can be ordered from the staff. Choices available were Sunny Side Up, Soft Boiled, Omelette. The options for beverages were tea, coffee, and orange juice made from highly watered down concentrated syrup. I also have 2 of my lunches there; once while waiting for check-in and once before check-out. Staff were not eager to serve though but still gets your order right. Waiting time for my lunch to be served was about 10 mins. Located at Level 1 is also Alamanda Spa & Massage, which offers various types of massages and spa treatments. They have a beautiful section on the rooftop of the hotel but it could be only used for the higher tiered packages as I was always led to the rooms at Level 1 twice for my Tradition Full Body and Totok Wajah massages. Grab can pick up at the hotel. Please note that Grab are not able to pick up passengers at the Ferry Terminal and some Hotels and Shopping Malls. You might have to walk a distance away from these locations to board. Nagoya Hill Shopping Mall and Batam City Square Mall (BCM) have dedicated Grab Points at the Pintu Timur (East Entrance)

Amazing experience! They gave snacks (cookies & water) and cool towels during our land transfer. The location is far from the ferry port, it takes around 75mins, but good enough we had Wifi on board. Upon arrival of the hotel, the staff greeted us with warm welcome, served us refreshing drinks, and assisted our check-in right away. We rode the buggy to our villa, and they assisted us in bringing our luggage. The villa is amazing. It was so big! I love the hammock! The room is very clean. It has mini bar so you may have some drinks and pay upon check-out. We had a coffee maker in our room with complimentary coffee pods. The food on The Dining Room, Pool Bar, and Rica-rica were all delicious. Breakfast has a lot of choices. Although too sad they don't have hot chocolate so we just had coffee. We were surprised they told us we have one-time complimentary cocktail/mocktail! And oh, they gave my husband a birthday cake! The SPA offered excellent massage experience. We had land and water activities to make the stay more fun. The beach is so-so, we didn't swim there. But we loved the swimming pool. A lot of free activities also like kayaking, standing paddle, darts, billiards, table tennis, board games. We didn't get to try biking as we get tired easily haha. The staff are the best. Everyone wears beautiful smiles all the time. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience!

Decided to have a short staycay with our lil’ bub. We were greeted by mba Siti, fuss free check-in. Our 1BR villa was great. Clean, amenities provided was alrite, could be better. Lil’ bub loves the bath tub. Thank you mba Novi for the mozzie repellent for our lil’ bub. Staffs greeted us whenever we pass by! Felt so comfortable during our stay. Had a pleasant stay with Kamuela. Will definitely come back again 😍 one minus point will be the breakfast! Hope to see improvement during our next stay! 💙

The resort is big building and beach front but it is not for swimming, the hotel is okay, the pool got 3 parts. No sauna in the resort. The Staff at restaurant and room service and housekeeping are friendly. Susan is very helpful but I was surprised that my 11 yrs old child was charges as adult even it stated in your website that Child is 11 yrs old I contest it but no avail so I paid as Adult for 11 yrs old. We had lunch at Mayang Sari restaurant that serves local cuisine which we always try whenever we visits Indonesia we ordered Oxtail soup but the soup is bland, no umami taste, the beef is dry it's disappointing. The service is good though. Our check out time was not smooth either, I was asks to pay the bill of more than 3 ml+ idr but my actual bill is just 1 ml + idr.

Room is very practical: spacious layout & clean. Comfortable bed. Bathroom is large & clean. Food options are also practical: tasty/ well- prepared. Not a wide variety but sufficient. I suggest limiting plastic bottled water provision for large group functions.Undoubtedly, that's up to the consumer. But hotel can make a stand on this.

This would have got an average rating had it not been for the staff - competent, professional and always willing to help. The facilities seem jaded maybe due to the Covid related lockdowns etc and some parts especially the toilets ( the toilet seat was almost black ) were a disappointment. The location is excellent with a fantastic sea view from the restaurant and the beach is clean for the most part. The villas are good with a nice private pool and decent sized rooms. Our requests for buggy to transfer us from our Villa to the main building were always attended to promptly. The a-la-carte food that we had in their restaurant- we tried the local Indonesian cuisine- was excellent but the breakfast buffet was average. When I had interacted with the staff after booking this place, I was told that late check out is subject to ‘availability’ but it clearly isn’t as they charge for every extra hour. This could have been communicated in a better way. There is room for improvement but overall we had a good stay as the property is quite good.

1st time to Bintan and distance from bintan ferry terminal to our hotel is 10-15mins drive Given free upgrade from 1 bedroom. So happy🤩. Room is clean and spacious. breakfast spread is good and has lots of variety. Good place to relax but not for shopping becos there is no mall in Bintan and u need to travel to tanjung pinang if u wanna shop but don't expect it to be like Batam.
