Ocean View Hotels in Lisbon District, Portugal

The hotel was clean and the service was nice. However, I leave two recommendations that could improve the experience considerably: the application of blackout curtains in the rooms, because those currently in place leave a lot of light; and the addition of more channels in TV, Because it has only the normal channels at this moment.

The hotel location is good, close to oriente. It looks nice from outside, however the room has a couple of issues. The air conditioner has control for fan speed, but it doesn't work, so it will be either on or off, and when it is on, it is very noisy, you cannot sleep. I have been staying at other hotels, their air conditioning are much quieter. Second, there are not enough power plugs, we have to unplug the tay lamps to charge our phones. I will not recommend this for hotter season

had an absolutely wonderful stay at MS Aparthotel in Portugal. The apartment was spotless, spacious, and beautifully furnished, making me feel right at home. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always going the extra mile to make our stay comfortable. The location is perfect close to local attractions, restaurants, and shops, yet peaceful and relaxing. Everything was well maintained, and the amenities provided exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend MS Aparthotel to anyone visiting Portugal. I can’t wait to come back!

Ao nível do quarto tudo OK, a única falha é que tinha apenas um ventilador que não era suficiente para refrescar o quarto, seria necessário um AC. O que mais desapontou foi que na zona de estar/salão de jogos nunca tinha ninguém para atender e a falta de limpeza da piscina e jacuzzi exteriores. Mas no geral gostámos e tivemos uma boa estadia. Todo o staff foi simpático.

Overall the hotel was good. Checkin was really fast and welcoming, and the receptionist was really friendly and helpful. Room is spacious and all needed is there. Breakfast was tasty and various, special thanks for having pastel de nata:) Only minus for me was a noise from the railway: I’m a light sleeper, so had to use earplugs. But looking positively, I was able to see the sunrise:)

Excellent stay! We arrived early, our room was still ready, but the reception staff were concerned about our well-being, regarding food and comfort. They immediately gave us towels to enjoy the heated indoor pool, Turkish bath and sauna. We were alerted that rooms were available and were treated to a fantastic sea view. Very good breakfast. We loved it, we will go back and I recommend the Spa Relax experience.

Very basic room with almost no amenities. The room is very dark with only bedside lamps and a basically useless hanging lamp. The toilet door knob is broken so we couldn’t close the door. The hanging lamp was not working when we first entered the room but receptionist was very helpful to help us change the light bulb, only to realise it’s so dim so basically useless.

Well located, check-in was hassle-free, the breakfast was well-stocked, and the pools were well-maintained. We were pleasantly surprised by the kindness shown, given the special occasion we were celebrating during our stay.

Pontos positivos: localizacao super central do hotel e simpatia dos funcionários. O quarto estava limpo e arrumado. Pontos negativos: o quarto era muito próximo da recepção, o que fez com que ouvíssemos todas as conversas dos outros hóspedes na recepção e muito barulho da rua, uma vez que o isolamento sonoro é quase inexistente. Além disto, as camas eram muito desconfortáveis e muito pequenas (comprimento de 1,8m), o que tornou muito difícil uma noite descansada. Decidimos abandonar o hotel pelas 23h30, após termos pedido para trocar o quarto e não ter sido possível por terem o hotel cheio. Fizemos uma exposição da situação ao supervisor do hotel mas até ao momento não temos nenhuma resposta.
