Loved the professional service from the front desk, very clean rooms, amazing breakfast and after 2 days of having breakfast in the hotel, the very attentive staff at the breakfast area even rem my surname! That was a pleasant surprise! Enjoyed every moment here and was sad to leave. Will definitely recommend everyone to stay!!!

RRose AAHotel is helpful and friendly. Quick service. Front desk help me booking taxi. They explained to me all the hotel services clearly. I dont use any hotel facilities. I had 1 time breakfast on 1st day arrival. Food is variety and good. Hotel is walking distance to Cascade and city centre. City is safe and alive at night. Cascade can be seen from hotel window Many restaurants/cafe walking distance from hotel open morning till 11pm. Very convenient.

OOleg YarovoyA medium-sized hotel. There are plenty of fast food restaurants and shopping centers nearby. Taxi access is impossible. Taxi drivers tend to drop you off near intersections where the hotel sign is hidden. There are no slippers or razors. Everything else is fine.

GGuest UserVery nice boutique hotel located in a quieter area 15 min walk from the Center. I didn’t like Center frankly speaking , too crowded. From terrace where breakfast is you can see Ararat mountain . Rooms are nice , floors are nicely decorated , I liked floor 3. Rooms are quiet , there is construction next door boy it doesn’t bother

AAnna InoThe hotel is in a good location near the very center of Yerevan - our windows overlooked the park and the Ministry of Justice. Triple 311 is quite acceptable in size for a family of 3 (2 adults and a 6-year-old child). The staff is very friendly, answered all questions. We did not take breakfast, because there are many options in cafes and restaurants around.

AAndrii KovalchukExcellent new hotel in the city center. You can walk everywhere. Small rooms, but comfortable. Comfortable bed, pillows. Excellent spa, sauna, equipped gym. Pleasant service. I had a birthday, the hotel congratulated me with a delicious dessert. Nice. They responded to all requests very quickly. We will definitely come back here again.
