"This really is the legendary couples' hotel, definitely not suitable for those with small children (you know what I mean!). But seriously, this is the biggest room I've ever stayed in in Japan!!! The room was so big we could open both our suitcases without them getting in the way. The bed was definitely a king-size. They also offer breakfast and free parking. All in all, for me, there are no downsides!!! I loved everything about it. I would definitely stay again."
TTrainbirdThe hotel is quite new and modern. The onsen is nice, but tattoos are not allowed (covering them with stickers is ok). The rooms are impeccable and well furnished, but on the smaller side.
WWanwanshizhimaoYou can think of this hotel as a 'plus' version of a domestic Orange Hotel Crystal. The decor is that of a five-star hotel, but the price is that of a business hotel. The renovations were clearly done with great care, and the breakfast across all their locations maintains a consistent standard. They all feature a free rooftop hot spring bath with a view. I've stayed at various Candeo hotels in different locations, and overall, the bathroom facilities at the Ehime branch feel a bit old; I suspect it's an older hotel that was renovated without updating the bathrooms. In winter, since the windows don't open for ventilation, a lot of condensation builds up. At night, when there's a lot of condensation, it drips down the walls, leading to mold in those areas. This results in a musty smell when you first enter the room. It must also be quite a hassle for the cleaning staff to deal with the condensation in every room daily. What I disliked most was the lack of a duvet cover; a single sheet separates you from the duvet. I've only encountered this at the Ehime and Kagoshima branches, perhaps it's a local custom… there's nothing much one can do about it. Everything else was great.

YYitiaodaochuyoudangdeyuWhen you get to Dogo Onsen Station, just walk along this covered street, but you have to go up a hillside! Walking along the main road, there is a small road on a large slope. The room, large bath, and breakfast are all good!
AAnonymous UserExcellent value for money, although the breakfast is a little thin, but the room is large and comfortable, the hot spring is good, the service is very good, the price is cheap.
ZZhilvThe first time I stayed at this hotel, the level of health was very high, the restaurant location was relatively small, and the lobby was relatively small.
But the room equipment is very new and clean, there is no noise, the location is not close to the city center, so the environment is very good, but there are large shopping malls nearby. In addition, the hot spring facilities are more disappointing, because there is only a small independent pool, the hot spring pool is less, but overall it is still enjoyable.
もももわさびIt was an inn full of hospitality. It was very quiet and I had a relaxing time. Both breakfast and dinner were served in your room and you could relax. However, I was a little disappointed that the slope from Dogo Onsen Station to the hotel was steep.
GGuest UserThe hotel is very new, and overall it is very clean and comfortable. It is close to the shopping street ”Okaido” in the center of Matsuyama, and there are many places to eat around. What the hotel is most satisfied with is the hot spring on the roof ♨️Although it is not as good as the Dogo hot spring, but in the hotel in the city, only their family has an outdoor hot spring on the roof, which is very satisfying 👍
Breakfast is also good~
楊楊端和Beautiful location full of nature with polite customer service, dishes full of Ehime's charm, all were very nice.
I used it on my wedding anniversary, but it made me a very good memory.
It was a hotel that could be refreshed in nature.
RRemasteringThis hotel is located on the top of a mountain and was designed by Tadao Ando. There are seven rooms in total, one per floor, including the new building and the main building. Because we arrived late today, the hotel left four staff members to serve us. They had been emailing us to inquire about the arrival time and whether we had food allergies. They were very caring and meticulous. We booked a semi-open-air hot spring forest room. The room is large, but the decoration style is very Andou style. The room has a private bath but it is not open-air, two bathrooms, and a mini bar with various drinks. The Ehime orange juice is very delicious. The whole hotel is Andou Tadao's gallery. The main features are spaciousness, natural light, concrete, and basement. It is a mini version of Chichu Gallery in Naoshima.
