GGuest User民宿唯一最大的問題就是沒有電梯，如果親子來，或者有長者，實在是比較麻煩。酒店幾個問題：1.這個破牙膏，很不好撕開，如果沾了水更加不好搞，建議不要用這種了。2.排水系統真的不行，洗一會，水就很多排不下去，建議老闆自己檢測一下。3.告樓層水壓上去，洗着洗着就冷了。4.這個床頭建議對稱放個櫃子，晚上可以放杯水或者給客人放眼鏡紙巾等。5.户外陽台這個燈非常吸蚊子，我看房間也沒有配蚊香之類的，這點不夠貼心。6.因為來這裏主打是玩水，建議給個架子或者衞生間加一條隱形拉線，這樣泳衣和濕的毛巾方便掛曬滴水。7.衞生間這裏可以放一點紙巾，洗完手擦手很不方便。8.貓兒山這裏的水很涼，如果房間能配兩包薑茶沖劑，一定會更好。其他的都很好，酒店很出片，泳池很乾凈，飯菜超級超級好吃，農家菜，各個菜都好吃，老闆人特別好，還能送去貓兒山下坐車，如果是年輕人，這裏很推薦。

XXianxiandelvxingxx1. The cleanliness was questionable. The sheets were dirty when we checked in. After staying for two days, on the second day, the cleaning lady poured the beer from the room directly into the balcony bathtub right in front of us. 😂 I had soaked in the tub the day before, which is terrifying.
2. At this price point, you usually get a butler service, but this one didn't. They didn't let us know what time we'd be arriving, and the parking staff didn't know when we arrived. Would it be so difficult to install surveillance cameras in the parking lot? Shouldn't they pick up your luggage as soon as they see you arrive? Why did they make us run to the front desk to get our luggage?
3. Other people went into the stream at the B&B to use the paddleboards, etc., and no one paid any attention. I initially thought they were guests, but after playing and chatting for a while, I realized they were outsiders, not even staying at the B&B. It's so easy for outsiders to get in, and the security is a concern.
4. The service was positive, but seemed passive and unenthusiastic.
However, the B&B's environment is truly unique. Aside from the various service issues, it's a great place to relax.

GGuest UserThe location of the hotel is very good, just at the entrance of the Maoershan Visitor Center, there is a parking space at the entrance of the hotel, and there is a slow charging pile. It is a few hundred meters away from the human body rafting. There is jelly water near the hotel a few hundred meters away. The picture is the jelly water near the hotel.
The room space is relatively large, the reservation is a parent-child room, the facilities are complete, the only thing that is not enough is that mineral water is not provided, and there is no elevator, a total of 3 floors, and the luggage is too tired to carry.
The homestay can eat, the taste is OK, the per capita is about 50, I ordered a local duck for 170 yuan, it is said that 4-5 catties, the weight is really a lot, 6 people can't finish it, small fried beef 60, green vegetables and vegetarian dishes are about 20-30 one, the consumption in the mountains is reasonable, the boss is more enthusiastic. Recommend

The mountains and clear waters in the canyon are beautiful, the winding path is quiet, and the oxygen ions are rich in oxygen ions. Every breath becomes a healing for the body and mind. It can also show the romance of couples traveling. The hotel is next to the clear stream, wild fish can be eaten and watched, it is a fairyland on earth.

GGuest UserEvery staff member of the hotel is very enthusiastic, making people feel very comfortable. The environment is also great, and most importantly, it is clean and hygienic. Staying in this hotel at this price is really great value. I will definitely come again next time I have the chance. Parking is convenient, check-in is fast, the room is relatively comfortable, the price is not expensive, the environment is also good, the room is clean, it is the first choice for staying, and I am satisfied!

DDavid AyrNo English spoken and no effective ability to use translation software. This despite genuine effort by the female receptionists to assist. Not an effective hotel for non-English speakers. The fourth floor rooms have been refurbished and are adequate. However, it was unfortunate that my air conditioner was leaking and - instead of moving me to a new room - the manager/or owner supppsedly ‘fixed’ the air conditioning unit, only to be woken after 2am by its dripping. I then shouted and insisted on a new room. It should never have come to that. I reiterate the hard put in by the young women there to assist me, despite their lack of English and my lack of Chinese language, and their lack of any training having been given to them on sostware for translation.

GGuest UserThe air on the mountain is very good, and I will choose this resort next time. The boss is very enthusiastic, knowing that we are from Chongqing, and boasting that we are in-depth tourism. There is a bamboo forest next to the living, and you can play in the water after going a little bit. It feels super niche and the water is really clean and cool. I feel that there are more locals here, and I want to settle down here. The whole stay was pleasant and assured. The dishes in the cafeteria were also local characteristics that were affordable and delicious. I especially liked the fried dumplings very tender. It is also very close to the ticket office of Maoershan, suitable for playing in the water + climbing together!
