The room was quite good and clean! The location is excellent, not too far from where the airport shuttle drops you off. There are also plenty of places to eat downstairs, and the old town is not far if you want to explore. The city tax seemed to be 20 dirhams per person; Trip.com had the wrong amount listed when I booked.
The hotel is located in the French quarter, from all the trip (have travelled all the country) it appeared the cleanest, most convenient, excellent breakfast!
The location is quiet, within a ten minute walk from several commercial centers, the facilities are a bit old, there is no shampoo and shower gel in the room.
Nice art deco elements in the architecture. The front desk generously let us check in at noon; a big plus after a long flight and the trip from the airport to the hotel. Good location within walking distance of the central market and the port.
Discotheques, tramway and roundabout nearby cause a noisy environment until midnight. The flies flying in the entrance leaves a very bad impression.
The bedding is acceptable but the bench cushions and decorative blankets are very dirty. The king bed is actually two double beds pushed together.
The shower tends to leak water everywhere.
We are told that the water is drinkable but the taste of chlorine is very strong.
The price at 385 MAD was in line with what we received
The worst Hyatt ever. The surrounding area was chaotic, with lots of shady characters. The room facilities were outdated, like an old hotel from the 1980s in China… Check-in and check-out were incredibly slow. It was truly a disappointing experience.
The room hardware is very good, very new, the first new room in Casablanca, there is no safe and hair dryer. Staff service is simply garbage level. I arrived at noon and there was no room. I asked me to wait for the room and then I completely forgot about this. I paid taxes and fees ( Trip.com marked 72 dirhams, 80 to the store, no receipt, unheard of) photocopied the passport, and there is no luggage ticket for luggage storage. (Say there is no luggage ticket). Check out this morning to the airport, change a black front desk, and let me pay taxes and fees. I really can't bear it. I don't have to accept the receipt repeatedly. Is this still a Marriott hotel? I checked in last night and repeatedly asked for a passport, and I was drunk.
Check-in was a nightmare. First they couldn't find my booking so sent me to the sister hotel saying I must be booked there. I wasn't but at least that chap was helpful, found the booking and accompanied me back to the first hotel where he explained to the first recptionist how to do his job. A rather disgruntled fellow finally issued my key but need to charge me local tax. Didn't want to take local money - had no change, and tried to make me use a card for a couple of £ , hence incurring charges, exchange rate discrepancies etc. In the end I lost my cool and just started to walk away - they suddenly found change!
But the hotel itself was clean, comfortable and quiet, much better than the Odomo I used last time. Shuttle bus every half hour compared to the every hour at the other place. I will use it again.

GGuest UserDear Four Seasons Hotel Casablanca Team,
I want to express my heartfelt gratitude for the incredible experience we had during our honeymoon at your hotel. The welcoming decorations in our room, adorned with beautiful rose flowers, made our stay truly special.
I would like to give a special mention to Aida, who took exceptional care of us throughout our visit. Every time we needed assistance, she was there, ensuring our comfort and happiness.
Additionally, I want to thank the front desk manager, Samiya Bernoussi, for accommodating our request for a late check-out after we learned about our flight delay. Your attentiveness and kindness are greatly appreciated.
Thank you once again to all the staff for making our honeymoon unforgettable.
Sincerely,
AAnonymous UserThe hotel's location in the old city center is quite good.
Transportation-wise, there are two metro lines right downstairs, which is very convenient.
Check-in was well-organized.
I was assigned a high-floor sea view room, and you can see the ocean.
The room size was decent, and the bed was very comfortable.
Breakfast offered local specialties.
Overall, it's a recommendable hotel.
GGuest UserMy sister and I stayed at this hotel for a few days and had a wonderful experience. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by the front desk and concierge team, and the service was exceptional throughout our stay.
We had a room on the 18th floor, which offered a beautiful view of the ocean and the mosque—such a peaceful and scenic spot.
A special shoutout to Youssef from the concierge team, who truly went above and beyond. He was always checking in to make sure we were enjoying our stay, offering great recommendations for places to eat, and helped us with booking a taxi on our last day. We’re so grateful for his kindness and helpfulness. Thank you for making our stay so memorable.
We will definitely be back again soon!
YYUIf you like niche travel, if you want to slow down your life. Come to Morocco, come to Oualidia, come to this hotel. Facing the sea, forgetting to worry together. The staff is also very welcoming and can also have a sauna and massage. The people here are very simple and the seafood is very cheap.

GGuest UserSimple and clean hotel that is close to the main sights. Soundproofing of the windows from the Main Street is not as good so you might hear some noise at night. Staff was nice and the lobby is beautiful but service can be improved to make this a better experience. We asked if the hotel could help provide an umbrella as it was raining heavily but the reception simply replied that they did not provide umbrellas without offering alternative places to get one.
