Laundry service is provided but it is very expensive. An ordinary clothes have to be 40-50 RMB. There is no water in the swimming pool. It is a decoration. There is no handheld shower in the bathroom. There is an overhead shower, and the hot water at night is not hot. The things in the restaurant are very expensive, much more expensive than the ones on the street outside. The price of a four-star is similar to the price of the five-star opposite. The price is very low. It is not recommended for everyone to stay and avoid lightning.

The hotel location is very near the airport. Also, the car rental company AVIS has a staff inside the hotel. I rent a car from.AVIS in Jeddah, I return the car in Tabuk. The AVIS staff can come to this hotel to complete the car return and use the same car to take me to the airport. It is very convenient. Other things of the hotel are good also
