This is the most cost-effective hotel for traveling in Turkey these days. The hotel includes breakfast and dinner, and the meals are very rich, especially the Turkish kebab and flying pancakes. The hotel also has a real hot spring for free, which is great. The hotel is only a 15-minute drive from the Pamukkale scenic area. If you get up early in the morning, you can see the nearby hot air balloons from the window sill.

I really liked the location. It was very close to Pamukkale and Hierapolis by taxi. The mountains are beautiful. The staff didn't smile much, except for Turgay. He's the manager at this hotel and resolves everything very quickly and efficiently. A big thank you to him for that. We spent 5 days at this hotel. We liked almost everything, except for the food in the restaurant. We had breakfast and dinner, and they were very mediocre. We wanted to set up Russian channels on the TV, but a technician came and said it wasn't possible. YouTube would be in Turkish, and everything else too. 🙂 I work in IT, so I managed to set up Russian channels myself through the TV's browser. The staff, in general, weren't very friendly, apart from the manager Turgay. On weekdays, there were very few people, and that was a celebration! 🥳 I celebrated my birthday there, and the hotel provided a cake. Not free, of course, but still nice.

Would you like my honest opinion? My first negative impression was upon checking in at the front desk. The manager was very surprised that we had arrived with our pet, a 3 kg Yorkshire Terrier. He spent a long time on the phone and was very unhappy when he was told over the phone that we could check in with our pet. However, both the hotel's website and trip.com state that pets are allowed! I specifically chose this hotel! I don't understand how the receptionist could be unaware of such important information and make guests worry. (After all, if he hadn't allowed us to check in, we would have had to find a new hotel immediately!) Second, we booked twin rooms—that means there should be a door between the rooms, not two standard rooms next to each other! Third, I can say about the food—it's available, it's safe, and it's delicious—but that's debatable. For breakfast, you can have an omelet or scrambled eggs prepared by a sous-vide. Fourth, I was surprised by the tea in the lobby, where a sign in three languages ​​stated that tea was paid for, but no one paid for it—what's the point of that sign?! The beds are quite comfortable, but the mattress is a bit hard for my taste, and the beds are narrow. We were given attic rooms, and at 173 cm tall, I kept brushing the ceiling when approaching the bed. I also arrived in a Tesla, which also influenced my choice of hotel. As a result, there was only one very slow charger, and there was a queue for it. I ended up charging at a neighboring hotel, which has four fast chargers and two slow ones. Overall, it's bearable for two days, but for me, five stars is too much for this hotel; four stars is the maximum. And there's practically no parking at the hotel; all cars park on the street in front of the hotel.

Grand Denizli Hotel was truly an amazing choice! 🏨 We arrived at 5 AM after a nine-hour bus journey from Cappadocia to Denizli. The hotel is right next to the bus station, making it incredibly convenient for getting to Pamukkale and the airport. 🚍✈️ Taxis to Pamukkale are only a 15-20 minute ride. Much more flexible than staying inside Pamukkale! A special thank you to the front desk staff; they were incredibly thoughtful and understanding of our fatigue, allowing us to check in early. 🙏 They not only represented the hotel but also the friendliness of the Turkish people, making global travelers feel truly welcome. 🇹🇷💖 The hotel's breakfast buffet offered a wide selection of healthy and delicious options, giving us a great start to the day. 🥗🍳 The most delightful surprise was the basement spa! Our first experience with a traditional Turkish bath (Hammam) was amazing, with both the bubble massage and sauna being truly exceptional. 🛁🔥We've tried various spas in different countries, but Hammam here is truly amazing! 🌟Not only can you walk in, but booking in advance gives you more time for shopping – so thoughtful! 🛍️ The hotel is surrounded by many restaurants and shops, making it incredibly convenient and the perfect choice for your stay in Denizli. 🙌Remember to enjoy this wonderful bubble experience to make your trip even more perfect! ✨

This is our second time staying at this hotel; we were here last in 2018. The hotel didn't disappoint. We booked two standard rooms and requested adjacent, non-smoking rooms in the comments. We received incredibly smoky rooms, but at least they were next to each other. We went back to the reception and asked for a change. The hotel offered us an apology in the form of a complimentary upgrade: two suite rooms, also adjacent. The rooms were wonderful! Clean, smoke-free, and next to each other. The linens and towels were in perfect condition. We also found a fruit platter waiting for us as a welcome gesture. The hotel has its own hot spring, two pools with water from this spring at different temperatures, and a regular pool. For some reason, the regular pool closes at 8 PM, while the hot spring and its associated pools are open until 11 PM. The hammam was cold, and treatments there were more expensive than at the all-inclusive hotel we'd just come from on the coast (Kusadasi). The staff would close the hammam door and tell us everything was fine, to relax. Uh, relaxing in a cold hammam isn't exactly appealing! You have to wait at least half an hour for it to heat up. But if you leave, they turn it off. So, you can't just walk into a warm hammam; you have to sit in a cold one and wait for it to heat up. As soon as the spa staff realize you won't be booking any treatments, they completely ignore all your requests. Last time we stayed here, everything was in working order, and the staff were friendly. In the spa center, you can get a free pool towel and refill your water bottle from the cooler for free. The breakfasts and dinners are magnificent! EVERYTHING is delicious! Varied, and they even have cherries. The food is even better than at the all-inclusive hotel we came from. The only downside is that drinks at dinner are chargeable. Only a bottle of water is free. The hotel is located a 20-minute drive from Pamukkale. I recommend staying here for an overnight stop. It's all positives: cheaper, fewer people, delicious food, clean, beautiful, and its own hot spring (you need a swimming cap to enter). If only they could get the spa staff to do their job properly, this hotel would be absolutely perfect!

didn’t know I had booked for 1 adult but had 2 of us. The room could fit 4 people, but the guy still insisted on charging extra for the one person So if one person can pay $90 for a room that can fit 4 people, then for 2 people I must top up additional $50? Doesn’t make sense. Anyway the thermal pools are dirty, yellowish, you can feel the sand at the bottom. The handlebar to the steps are broken. Maybe I am comparing with my experience in Japan so this definitely doesn’t match up.

Cant recommend this hotel enough. The full board for the price was amazing. Soo many options for breakfast and dinner. The pool and thermal pool amenities were really amazing. Worth every penny. Only downside is no elevator but the rooms can be at a maximum of one floor above. The live music and shows for free also give it an edge. Everything was amazing including the kind and friendly staff. Specially Fatima at the reception. Even sent us an amazing fruit platter for free.

We really enjoy our stay at Apollon Hotel. The owner is very friendly and helping us in every way he can. The hotel's owner has dog and horse and allow us to play with them, which we think is very nice. We highly recommend this place.

It was a great hotel, especially compared to the surrounding accommodations. The help, service, food and hygiene were excellent. Unfortunately, the spa department left much to be desired, probably because it was run by an external party. Before the massage, the staff was friendly and promised a lot of good things, but afterwards the agreed amount suddenly turned out to be higher. In addition, I had to pay cash because the owner said he had to pay his staff immediately. I found this very unpleasant. The attitude of the owner after the massage was unprofessional and annoying, which really ruined my experience. Too bad, because otherwise the hotel was good.
