This hotel offers great value for money, and the breakfast spread is fantastic. They have complimentary drinks and beer every day. The Chinese staff are very friendly and welcoming. It's right next to the monorail but surprisingly quiet. The location is excellent, just off Kokusai Dori.

This hotel is not new but is well maintained in my opinion, we had a comfortable 5 nights stay. Located at a quiet corner in Naha city, Naha port with unblock port view. Pleasant experience with the reception though require a little guessing work when the carpark uncle tries to redirect us to the alternate open air hotel carpark, we managed with the given map, a short walk away. Basement parking at the hotel building has very limited lots, often full after sunset. Ice making machine available on our level lobby and notice microwave too at other floor. A short drive from the airport. A bakery, 7-11 and souvenir shop on ground level, complimentary hot spring bath, coin laundry... There is also a supermarket less than 5 minute walk away.

I recently stayed at B/C Hotel Naha Okinawa for 8 consecutive nights, and I was incredibly impressed by its overall value for money. For an average of less than 2,000 NTD per night, it's rare to find such a spacious and fully equipped room in downtown Naha. The bunk bed design effectively maximizes the living space, and the room comes with a complete kitchen setup, including an induction hob, microwave, and all the pots and pans you could need. For travelers like us who plan extended stays and occasionally want to cook meals with ingredients bought from the supermarket, it truly felt like a perfect 'home away from home'.
One of the hotel's most appealing features is its wide array of free services and unique breakfast system. Every morning, staff deliver a logistics box filled with rice balls, Okinawan soba, side dishes, and hot soup directly to your room door. While the contents were the same daily, this 'delivery-to-door' ritual and thoughtful service left a lasting impression. Furthermore, the complimentary rental items available in the communal areas on the first and second floors are incredibly diverse, ranging from bicycles and hair styling tools to children's products. They even provide laundry detergent and fabric softener, significantly lightening the burden of luggage for long trips.
In terms of transportation and amenities, it's about a 10-minute walk from Asahibashi Station. Although the sidewalks can be a bit uneven along the way, there are numerous convenience stores and supermarkets for easy resupply. The hotel is also close to the famous bakery Pain de Main, and Naminoue Shrine is just a 15-minute walk away, making its location excellent. While self-check-in is only available at 5 PM, the 1 PM checkout time allows for a very leisurely last day. If you're looking for a base in Okinawa with strong living amenities, ample space, and a budget-friendly price, this is definitely a smart choice.
Great location, very convenient to get around. The staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was delicious with a good variety. The room was clean and comfortable. Check-in was smooth and efficient。Would definitely stay here again.
Our stay in Okinawa was incredibly comfortable and enjoyable. The hotel's location is superb, right by the shopping district and the beach, making it super convenient for dining, entertainment, and everything else. Although the room wasn't huge, it was cozy and impeccably clean. The separate shower and toilet were a really practical touch. The staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive, always ready to help, and even went out of their way to recommend local eateries and sightseeing routes. Overall, it offered great value for money and perfectly suited our vacation needs. I'd definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit!

The room here was average-sized but comfortable enough to fit a few large luggage and still have decent walkable space. I was lucky enough to be placed right beside the vending machine and ice making machine. The vending machine worked well and had no problems of running out of change or drinks. The bathroom was okay, although a bit narrow it had a bathtub and had all the essentials. We were also provided coffee/tea pods for the provided capsule machine. The cleanliness was okay as it did have some stains on the bathtub corners but that’s usually the case in most hotel bathtubs.
Overall, it was what you would expect from a well-known chain and it does its job when it comes to the price point it is at. The staff was good and there was also a self-service welcome drink corner providing the local Okinawan coral roast.
This might be the best hotel on Senagajima… hmm… the sunset is beautiful, the sea view is beautiful, and watching planes take off and land is also beautiful… but… the hotel's hot spring had a rotten, watery smell, the restroom on the first floor was dirty, there were ants in the room, and it was clear that many facilities hadn't even been wiped down in a long time. The staff were actually quite patient, and English communication was fine, but then there was an unexpected incident: I am very sure my wife and I are mindful of noise levels in public, yet during dinner, simply because I borrowed a phone, an elderly Japanese man at the next table, without any warning, yelled “shut up” like an animal. And the nearby staff member did nothing… If it weren't for considering international relations and being in a foreign country, I really would have wanted to have a vocabulary contest with that animal-like old man… To be honest, this was my first time encountering such an incident in Japan, but the hotel staff’s inaction completely ruined my impression of the place.

My stay at the Rembrandt Style Hotel Naha Okinawa was absolutely perfect! The room was much more spacious than I expected, feeling open and airy, with a vintage Rembrandt-style decor. Even with luggage, there was plenty of space to move around comfortably. The most amazing part was the ocean view from the window—just pull back the curtains, and you're greeted by a clear blue sea. Waking up to the sound of waves crashing and falling asleep to the sea breeze was incredibly therapeutic. Although it's a bit of a walk from the train station, getting around by taxi was very convenient. This distance actually provided a sense of peace and quiet away from the hustle and bustle, making it ideal for travelers who want to fully immerse themselves in Naha's sea views. I'll definitely choose this hotel again for my next visit!
The location is super convenient, right off the highway, and there's a convenience store nearby. It was a nice touch that the front desk staff spoke Cantonese.

AArnold Z CruzI chose this because of the location which is perfect for my trip as I am taking A Line to Yoron the following day. The facility is clean, thanks to those maintaining it. How can I rate the service when it's just check in and there's even a machine? Check in process is straightforward. Trip.com should adjust their survey.
Cchloe_ccThe bathroom isn't separated into wet and dry areas, which is a bit odd. There's no humidifier or air purifier in the room. I booked a twin room, but it was so small that the two beds were practically pushed together.
Cleanliness: Just average. The carpet and sofa even had some dirt on them.
Service: Non-existent.
Location: It's a bit far from Kokusai Dori! If you don't want to be constantly traveling back and forth, I wouldn't recommend this place. For over a thousand a night, this hotel is overpriced and not worth it! You'd be better off staying at the Hilton next door. This was a poor choice.

GGuest UserFuku-chan, Nicole and 2 cats, algae balls and boiled beans were gently welcomed, and the number of days of stay passed in no time. It is a very satisfying inn and recommended to everyone.
The interior and exterior are very nice. I feel like 〜 I came to the resort. I used the parking lot for renting a car.
The living room is clean and comfortable. The bed futon was very fluffy and I could sleep well.
The area is very convenient location if you have a car rental. It is very close to Fusaki Beach and you can walk to the beach (passing the main building of Fusaki Beach Resort, especially no procedures).
I had breakfast. The dishes that are particular about each ingredient and seasoning will heal your mind and body.
We have never experienced it, but we can receive healing treatments and Yoga.
It is an inn that I want to visit again.
AAnonymous UserWe booked a 27-square-meter twin room, and it was very comfortable for a family of three. There was still plenty of space to move around even after opening our large suitcases. Since we have a one-year-old baby, the hotel thoughtfully pushed the twin beds together and against the wall beforehand, which was very considerate. The hand soap and shampoo provided by the hotel were of good quality and pleasant to use. There were also many free disposable toiletries available for self-service in the lobby, which was very convenient. Our room was cleaned thoroughly every day as long as we put the blue sign outside our door before 10 AM. The hotel's location is close to the tram station, and there are convenience stores and restaurants nearby. It was a pleasant and comfortable stay.
YYan ReevesWe had spent 4 nights at the hotel during the Golden Week which might have influenced the perception of service, but not dramatically.
Among the advantages of the hotel are: nice spacious rooms (ours had a stunning sea view); generally good location with beautiful nature and access to the beaches where you could actually swim (not a given on the island) - at least until the tide goes too low; reasonably good food across the restaurants with rather friendly prices; stylish bar with quality drinks.
Among the disadvantages are: very non-Japanese service (generally not very helpful, with low penetration of English among the staff) and lack of attention to detail that could make the resort actually very nice - again, not very typical case for Japan.
A few pieces of advice to the management:
1. Bring the option of in-room breakfast. If a guest is sick and can’t go down, it’s impossible to order in-room breakfast on the day, while rooms service opens at 11:30. Same frustration goes to the coffee stall downstairs that doesn’t serve coffee during earlier breakfast hours
2. Consider equipping rooms with coffee machines and contemporary electronics - low costs to take, yet massive disadvantage for the 5* status for not having them
3. Pay more attention to room service: we spent 48h without shampoo and shower gel. Our glasses were washed occasionally. New bottles of drinking water arrived only once.
4. Fix the beach! The amenities there look like a poor community beach area, especially those shameful umbrellas. You have reasonable amenities at the pool - why not spreading them to the beach areas to make them feel more like a resort rather than public beaches that no one gave any care?
5. Gym and SPA amenities could use a bit of refreshment. I won’t mention SPA service itself which might be a result of poor luck with the specific technician
6. Empty mini bar equals lost revenue. You could easily cover the modifications above through adding more options for people to enjoy drinks at their balconies.
What makes staying in Japan truly special - genuine care and attention to every detail - was completely missing over our stay at this Hyatt. In fact, we consistently had that feeling “this could actually be really nice” and then something would go terribly wrong with the awkward service. The hotel that looks like 5* on pictures leaves a 3* aftertaste at max. I am only writing this because I felt it didn’t have to - those are easy aspects to fix.
GGuest UserI had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff was welcoming, professional, and always ready to help. The room was clean, comfortable, and very quiet, which made the stay especially relaxing. The location was also very convenient, close to restaurants, shops, and public transportation. I truly appreciated the excellent service and attention to detail throughout my stay. I would gladly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area and would be happy to stay here again in the future.
MMin Jong LeeLocation
The hotel is conveniently situated on a side street just off the main road. It’s a quiet spot but offers easy access to nearby restaurants.
Service Issues
• Poor Communication: I arrived an hour before the 3:00 PM check-in time. While I understood that early check-in wasn't available, the staff directed me to a small, uncomfortable bench at entrance of restaurant to wait. It was pouring rain outside, and the seating was so poor I eventually chose to go out into the rain just to kill time. I later discovered a proper reception area with comfortable seating on the 11th floor—I wish the staff had directed me there instead of the hallway.
• Misleading Incentives: The hotel provides an information card stating that guests receive a 1,000 credits for skipping room cleaning. I opted out twice during my first stay but never received the credit. When I returned for a second stay and inquired about it, the receptionist told me that since I had already checked out, there was ”no proof” the room wasn't cleaned no credit can be provided. It’s small, but the lack of accountability felt deceptive.
Room Quality
On a positive note, the rooms are very spacious, which made the physical stay quite comfortable
北北極星的眼淚The parking lot downstairs wasn't accessible, so we had to use number 2 or 3, which was about a 1-2 minute walk. The room was a bit small; it would be super cramped with three suitcases. The shower room was acceptable. The washing machine and dryer were downstairs, which was inconvenient as we couldn't do laundry directly in the room.
JJingziwuliuqiThe hotel grounds are huge and very beautiful. I booked a twin room, but the empty space wasn't very large. I had to push the two beds together to make enough room to open my suitcase. However, the room facilities were very comprehensive: a large balcony with two chairs and a table. The bathroom was spacious, with both a bathtub and a shower. The hotel shop sells diapers, so if you're traveling with a baby, you don't need to go out to buy them. I particularly want to praise the sea area; the water was shallow in the afternoon, and I swam around within the safe zone, encountering six different types of fish, which was fantastic. The hotel has many steps, but also plenty of ramps and elevators, making it suitable for strollers. Beach loungers are paid for by the full day or afternoon; there's no option for just the morning. The laundry room was a letdown, though. While there were many washing machines and dryers, they were quite old, and about a quarter of them were out of order.
