Guest UserWe stayed for one night, but even for such a short stay, it was fantastic. The receptionist was amazing; despite our early arrival at 8 AM, they did everything possible to expedite our check-in, and by 9:30 AM, our rooms were ready. I'm very particular about cleanliness and was pleasantly surprised. The rooms were quite clean, cozy, and, importantly, spacious, with clean bathrooms. Everything we needed was in the room. I must also mention the wonderful breakfast 🍳; we were with four teenage children, and everyone found something delicious to eat. Everything was very aesthetically pleasing and neat! I confidently give it a 5 out of 5. The location is great, close to the port, Galata Tower… Thank you for a wonderful day!

Andreeva NataliaWonderful location. It's tough with luggage going up and down the stairs, so a transfer is definitely needed. The view from the restaurant terrace is stunning, especially in the evening. We booked this hotel specifically for that view. The pool is small, and a swim cap is mandatory; you'll have to buy one if you don't have one. I wasn't a fan of the massage; it was given by a man, and the price was steep. The sauna and hammam were a nice bonus. The pillows and bed were very comfortable – perfect for relaxing after a day of walking around. Breakfast was excellent. Highly recommend!

BenpaoshengcaiThis hotel, with its century-old history, offers rooms that aren't huge, but they are immaculately clean and well-maintained. The service experience is top-notch; the staff are incredibly friendly and you can easily communicate with them using a translation app. It definitely meets a five-star standard, even exuding a touch of old-money charm, so you can check in with confidence. Its biggest advantage is the location – it's very close to the Blue Mosque and Basilica Cistern, both easily reachable on foot. The surrounding commercial area is well-developed, and there's even a Lanzhou Lamian restaurant a few hundred meters away, which is a great option for varying your meals during your trip.

We chose a hotel to spend the night between flights. The toilet lid was broken. Cleanliness is 3 out of 5. Instead of a blanket there was a large waffle towel))) it was fine for me, but my husband was not comfortable. Not a bad option for the money. The reception staff is friendly and helpful. Opposite the hotel there is a good snack bar with Turkish shawarma or whatever they call it

GaryCTAn amazing experience! The hotel's location is superb, just a few minutes' walk from Dolmabahçe Palace. You can walk to the seaside and it's very close to the pier, perfect for evening sightseeing cruises. The service was also excellent and comprehensive. On the hotel's L level, there are Michelin-starred restaurants, including Turkish, Italian, and Japanese options, which is very convenient. The hotel's views are also fantastic, with different room types offering various views, so you can choose according to your preference!

Guest UserSuper!! A truly great hotel! We were completely satisfied. The food was delicious, the service friendly and attentive, and the pool was simply fantastic. The rooms were clean and cozy. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and can definitely recommend the hotel. We'd love to come back!

Great appartments, wonderful facilities around the hotel compound. Found the cleaning staff in particular to be very helpful and friendly, specifically Sebahat and Nurgyl. When I noticed that the bedroom window was a little dusty they very cheerfully went and got everything needed to clean the windows there and then and they did it with a smile. Lovely to see and thank you!
