This Holiday Inn Express south of Dayton is very classic, next to the i675, free parking, and plenty of commercial dining nearby. The room was well-formed, and both beds were spacious. There was a slight smell when I went in. I opened the door for a few minutes and added some air conditioning. Breakfast variety can also be satisfied, with oatmeal, several eggs, bread, sausages, coffee drinks and tea, very good! Price is quite good
#positive #I was happy with the Room layout, Bed comfort level, Nearby restaurants, Location, Soundproofing, Corridor soundproofing; I chose a room type with two double beds and a sofa bed. After checking in, I found that the cushion of the sofa bed was a bit dirty and immediately communicated with the lady at the front desk, and immediately changed the room. The location of the hotel is very clean, there is a large free parking lot, there are several dining options outside the hotel, there is a gas station next to it, and it is only a few minutes' drive to the university. Generally speaking, it is well received.
While the building was attractive, the rooms, the amenities, and the service were no better than what you'd get at a Day's Inn.
There were also some odd things about the service and the facilities. First, the hotel boasted both an outdoor and an indoor pool (and a hot tub). The outdoor pool was closed and the hot tub was drained. On top of that, the hotel required that you wear paper wristbands to use the pool (or you will be evicted without refund), but you need an active room key to get into the pool in the first place. At one point, the desk manager came and asked families in the pool to get out and get the wristbands, which was really awkward. The pool set up is neat and unusual. The outdoor pool communicates with the indoor pool, and you can have a pool-side room with sliding doors that open to the outdoor pool area. It would be a neat feature-- as long as the outdoor pool is open, which it wasn't.
There were also odd breakdowns-- like the ice machine not working and housecleaning trying to clean out our room before checkout time.
All in all, I would have rather gone to a cheaper hotel. The experience was not worth the extra cost.
Welcome to our hotel in Zanesville, Ohio, perched just off I-70 on a hilltop overlooking downtown. Whether you're here for business or just passing through, our location puts you close to a city that has more going on than most people expect.
Holiday Inn Express & Suites Zanesville North puts you right in the middle of what makes Zanesville worth the stop. Secrest Auditorium draws live events year-round, the Zanesville Museum of Art is free to enter, and Tom's Ice Cream Bowl has been feeding locals for decades. The Y-Bridge is nearby, and The Wilds, one of North America's largest wildlife conservation centers, is about 19 miles out.
Our hotel in Zanesville has the everyday details covered. Grab a coffee in the lobby, take a dip in the indoor pool and hot tub, and start each morning with our complimentary hot breakfast. The fitness center runs 24 hours, free Wi-Fi is included, and on-site parking means one less thing to think about.
I booked a twin room, but when I checked in, it was said that there was no twin bed, and I was given a double bed + sofa. I asked Ctrip to coordinate before changing back to the twin room. The mood of traveling suddenly becomes unpleasant.
The hotel location is off the highway, there are quite a few restaurants for personal or business gatherings, the room is spacious, with the sofa and desk for working, microwave, small fridge; especially the bathroom is big with a roomy shower room, the only thing was the A/C, once the heat was on, there’s a big noise. The Continental breakfast was also included in the room rate, That’s another plus.

Great stay overall. Booked for a staycation anniversary. The rooftop bar was closed for the rest of the season which was disappointing considering that was the main reason why we chose this hotel. Strangely the shower pressure was downright painful. However, service and staff were great and friendly!

HHAIHUAExcept for the location, nothing else deserves the word Renaissance.
Hygiene: dirty and poor
Room: small
Charge: Expensive
GGuest UserThe front desk employees were friendly and the room and facilities were clean. The Trip app said the deposit could be paid with either cash or credit card, but upon arrival, they only accepted credit cards, so be aware of this, especially travelers from mainland China who might not have a Visa/MasterCard. If you only have a Chinese UnionPay card, this hotel will not accept that. The swimming pool was small but clean, and the gym was small but clean, also. You can hear the noise from my he freeway nearby from your room, so if you're a really light sleeper, you would need earplugs. The location is good, near a major highway interchange so it's easy to get around Columbus from here. The rooms don't have amenities that are commonplace in Chinese hotels of the same category, like toothbrushes, toothpaste, shampoo, slippers, nor bathroom scandals. The bathroom only had bar soap, hair conditioner, body lotion, toilet paper, and a hair dryer.

JjassieMoreover, it is more successful, and business travel sponsorship is fine for the time being, but if you want to pursue high quality, it still lacks. Individual needs are different, it is better to choose independently! Have a good trip!
AArkansas Landneed to do some remodeling of the ceilings in the common areas. should mention theres a pool
in listing i almost didnt book without a pool. map would be an awesome thing too
GGuest UserThe hotel is definitely dated, could use some upgrades. It was fairly clean but not what I’d consider great. There were families and kids in the hall yelling and slamming doors until after 1am. Even with a noise machine it was very loud. Will not stay here again.
GGuest UserThe room was comfortable and clean. Mattress was just the right firmness. What was excellent was the service we received at the front desk; friendly , helpful and accomodating. We will stay there again.
