This service was fantastic. I transferred from Domestic to International in Hanoi. You have to go out and change terminals. The Guide met me at the international terminal and walked me past all the lines to immigration and security. So fast and efficient. I highly recommended if your time is valuable to you or if you have a tight flight connection time. 1000% worth it.★

The airports in Vietnam are incredibly crowded! If you just stand in line normally, it will probably take almost two hours. I don't understand why everyone doesn't make reservations. For this price, you save about 3-4 hours round trip. Stress-free! Both ways, it went smoothly, taking about 10 minutes. I highly recommend it! On the return trip, I even got a free upgrade, and security checks went smoothly as well. I'm so grateful. I will definitely use it again next time!★

This was my first time using the service, but it was very smooth. Booking and other procedures were easy thanks to the Japanese-language support via LINE. Upon arrival, when I was looking for staff, a female staff member spotted me first and greeted me, which was extremely helpful. By the time I reached immigration, it was past 10 PM, and although it wasn't as crowded as I'd heard, it definitely saved me time, allowing me to enjoy food and drinks in Ho Chi Minh City that day. I will probably use it again next time.
