Overall, we enjoyed the excursion to Nusa Penida! The speedboat departed at 8:00 AM, and the journey took about an hour. We booked a group excursion, but due to the small number of tourists, it felt more like a private tour. The driver was wonderful: he showed us the best photo spots and took photos himself. We visited Crystal Bay, Angel's Billabong, Broken Beach, and Kelingking Beach—the views were incredible! Lunch was simple, with a choice of one dish and a soft drink. The main drawback was the timing. We stayed longer than necessary in Crystal Bay, so we didn't have time to go down to Kelingking Beach, even though it was stated in the itinerary. We only had 15 minutes to get to the beach club, so we couldn't use the pool. The roads on the island are poor, and travel takes a long time. We recommend the excursion, but during high season, traffic jams can make it even more difficult to visit everything. It's best to discuss the time at each stop with the driver in advance.

Overall, fantastic! Excellent service, great experience, and great value for money. The tour guide was the most attentive and professional I had during my trip to Bali, and it was the best day of my chartered tour. Our itinerary was booked at the last minute, and to catch the boat, the guide arrived in Ubud at 5 AM to pick us up – very dedicated! I highly recommend this tour to any friends visiting Bali!

We were extremely satisfied with our trip to Nusa Penida. The entire trip included a private car and guide, a well-organized itinerary, and we were able to experience every activity. The whole team was very professional, and the guide was very helpful, even queuing for us. It made for a wonderful day. We highly recommend booking through Ctrip! It's safe and secure!

The overall itinerary is quite tight, with long travel times, so be prepared. However, if you only want a day trip for photos, it's definitely worth it, as everything is included and you don't need to worry about anything. The driver picked us up on time in the morning, and we only waited half an hour to board the ship. A car was also arranged to pick us up after we arrived in Penida. The driver was a good driver, and our guide, Fitri, spoke good Chinese and was a great photographer. Even though I was traveling alone, she was more eager to take photos than I was, and she took many pictures of me. The guide queued up at each attraction and then called us to take photos when we arrived – a big plus. Lunch was so-so. On the ship, I recommend sitting under the fan; it gets a bit hot without air conditioning.

Our small group of three included one driver and one Chinese-speaking tour guide. The guide provided detailed explanations of the sights and scenery, and the driver helped us take photos. The service was exceptionally attentive and we were extremely satisfied. We felt truly valued!
