This trip was very well-organized, covering several popular attractions. The pace was reasonable, not too rushed, allowing for ample time to visit and explore. The driver was excellent, driving smoothly throughout and providing a comfortable ride. He was exceptionally warm and friendly, always greeting passengers with a smile and offering assistance when getting on and off the bus. Overall, the trip was relaxing and enjoyable, and I was very satisfied.

I booked a one-day private car tour on Ctrip on a whim, and it turned out to be absolutely fantastic!!! Ketut Artawan, the driver, was incredibly kind and helpful! 🥳👍👍👍 He explained the history and culture of Bali and Indonesia to me throughout the tour, and he was very patient in taking photos for me. He was also very polite, warm, and cheerful. I was worried that being alone might be awkward, but it wasn't at all. It was a truly wonderful day trip. Our itinerary was also very well-planned and organized. He drove very smoothly, and he even helped me choose some delicious durian, which I thoroughly enjoyed! This was one of the most majestic views we’ve experienced - this was but one of the many highlights on our Bali trip. Our Jeep driver (and photographer) , Wayan was amazing! He was so patient, told us where the sun was going to rise from, took so many amazing pictures - he definitely has a photographer’s eye! We’ve added a picture to show his commitment to make sure the pictures were cutesy! And they were!🤏🏻Overall it was a 100/10 experience 🥹🌅

I had an incredible experience exploring Ubud thanks to our driver! From the moment he picked me up, he was exceptionally friendly, punctual, and welcoming. He drove very safely and smoothly, making navigating the busy Bali roads completely stress-free. He was so knowledgeable about the local culture and gave fantastic recommendations for scenic spots, rice terraces, waterfalls, and local hidden gems. The car was clean, cool, and very comfortable throughout the entire trip. If you are visiting Ubud and want a reliable, kind, and professional driver who genuinely cares about making your trip special, I cannot recommend him enough! 10/10 service! I forgot my bag which has credit cards passport and money and he brought him back

The overall itinerary is quite tight, with long travel times, so be prepared. However, if you only want a day trip for photos, it's definitely worth it, as everything is included and you don't need to worry about anything. The driver picked us up on time in the morning, and we only waited half an hour to board the ship. A car was also arranged to pick us up after we arrived in Penida. The driver was a good driver, and our guide, Fitri, spoke good Chinese and was a great photographer. Even though I was traveling alone, she was more eager to take photos than I was, and she took many pictures of me. The guide queued up at each attraction and then called us to take photos when we arrived – a big plus. Lunch was so-so. On the ship, I recommend sitting under the fan; it gets a bit hot without air conditioning.
