Our guide, Brian, was fantastic! He picked us up on time from the hotel. Everything was 45 minutes from the next stop and he explained every step. He had and shared an excellent knowledge of the Danish royal family, history and the Viking Age. We had enough time for lunch and time at each stop without being rushed. Overall, great tour which included a lot.

A truly perfect autumn trip to Hokkaido! ☺️ Our tour leader, Lisa, was meticulous and responsible, introducing us to Hokkaido's local customs, scenery, and cuisine along the way, making the bus ride anything but boring. She even proactively took photos for us at scenic spots – such thoughtful and attentive service! I would definitely recommend joining a tour group next time I come in winter.

had an amazing experience on this bus tour and highly recommend it to anyone! The booking price was very cheap, making the entire journey completely worth the money. Our tour guide was incredibly approachable, friendly, and provided highly informative commentary throughout the trip. On top of that, the tour was completely on time at every single itinerary stop without any delays. Even though it wasn't a tour with Korean support, Guide Hong responded to us in Korean as much as possible, making the trip very comfortable. Also, thanks to the detailed support provided in many aspects, it was an enjoyable tour.

First of all, the itinerary was consistent with the booked itinerary. The pace of each stop was not too tight, and the rhythm was very comfortable. Our tour guide, Ms. Tao, was very friendly and considerate. Before each stop, there was an explanation of the itinerary and historical and cultural information, which helped us better understand the significance of the local culture. The driver was also very friendly. Every place in Hokkaido is beautiful. The stunning scenery of Noboribetsu Jigokudani, Lake Toya, and Showa Shinzan Usuyama Ropeway truly lived up to its reputation.
