Purchasing the JR Wide Pass through Trip.com is incredibly convenient. This is a really cool thing! The pass allowed us to take a wonderful tour of Hakone, including the cable car and boat. It's very convenient that you don't have to bother with separate tickets. The pass can be exchanged for Shinjuku, but we exchanged it at Odawara Station, and the whole process took 10 minutes. The young man at the counter explained everything in detail and gave us a map with all the routes included in the pass.★
