The local team is very professional, with their own store in the town. The store has a parking lot, training room, changing room, and a huge cultural and creative gift shop. They are very professional! After four hours, it was not as tiring as I had imagined. On the contrary, it was full of fun and a first-time experience for me.

The day trip to the Hooker Valley Track was truly enjoyable! The drive from Queenstown is relatively long, but there are plenty of beautiful viewpoints along the way (e.g., Lake Pukaki). The hike on the Hooker Valley Track is about 10 km long and quite easy, as there's hardly any elevation gain. You have a total of 3 hours to complete the hike, which I think is plenty of time to finish the entire trail and make a few photo stops along the way. Water bottles and snacks were provided in the minibus. Our guide always gave helpful tips and kept us well-informed throughout the day.
