Android devices: Currently, TikTok is only supported through a browser (web version); the TikTok app is temporarily unavailable.

How to use
Before Installation, please make sure that:
- Your device supports eSIM.
- Your phone is connected to a stable mobile network or Wi-Fi connection.
 
iPhone (iOS)
Method 1: Quick Install (For iOS 17.4 or later )
In the app, tap the Install button to complete the eSIM installation with one click.
 
Method 2: Scan QR Code / Manual Install
1. Save or print the eSIM QR code we provided (available in the email or in the Trip.com app).
2. Go to: Settings → Cellular → Add eSIM → Use QR Code, then scan the QR code we sent you.
- If you cannot scan the code, you may manually enter the SM-DP+ address and Activation Code.
3. Follow the on-screen instructions until you see Cellular Plan Added.
4. Select the installed eSIM and turn on Turn On This Line and Data Roaming.
5. Go to Cellular Data Network, set the APN to cmhk, and save.
 
Android (Samsung)
1. Save or print the eSIM QR code we provided (available in the email or in the Trip.com app).
2. Go to: Settings→Connections→SIM Card Manager→Add Mobile Plan→Scan Carrier QR Code, then scan the QR code.
- If you cannot scan the code, select Enter Activation Code to install.
3. Please wait until the eSIM installation is completed and the eSIM appears in the eSIM list.
4. Enable the installed eSIM and select Mobile Data.
5. Go to: Mobile Networks→Turn on Data Roaming→Access Point Names, set the APN to cmhk, and save.
 
Android (Google Pixel)
1. Save or print the eSIM QR code we provided (available in the email or in the Trip.com app).
2. Go to: Settings→Network & Internet→SIMs→Add SIM→Scan QR Code, then scan the QR code we sent you.
- If you cannot scan the code, tap Try troubleshooting steps and enter the activation code.
3. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the installation and activate the eSIM.
4. Turn on Use This SIM, Mobile Data, and Data Roaming.
5. Under Access Point Names, set the APN to cmhk and save.
 
[How to Use Your Renewal Data Plan]
Your renewal data plan will automatically activate after the validity period of your initial plan ends. Please DO NOT scan the QR code again to install it.
 
1. For plans with high-speed data that slows after usage: Any remaining reduced-speed data from your initial plan will be used first. After the initial plan's validity period ends, restart your phone to begin using your renewal plan. (If you need to end the initial plan early, please contact customer support.)
2. For plans with high-speed data that stops after usage: Once your high-speed data runs out, restart your phone to start using your renewal plan.
 
- If you wish to use the eSIM on another device, please select "Book Again" instead of "Request Renewal". Renewal data plans cannot be transferred to a new device.
Change & cancellation policies
If a cancellation request is submitted before 12:00 AM, 1 day(s) prior to the expiration date, no cancellation fee will be charged.
If a cancellation request is submitted after 12:00 AM 1 day(s) before the expiration date, a fee of 100% will be charged.
This product cannot be canceled after activation.
If a discount is applied, the cancellation fee will be calculated based on the original price before the discount and will not exceed the amount paid.
Partial refund is not available.
Important note

[eSIM Usage Requirements]

1. The device supports eSIM functionality.

To check: Open the phone dialer and dial *#06#. If an EID is displayed, your device supports eSIM. If no EID appears, your device does not support eSIM.


2. The phone is not network-locked

How to check: Contact your carrier to confirm if your device is network-locked.

*Please check if the above conditions are met before purchasing. The eSIM can only be used normally if all conditions are satisfied.


[Set up eSIM]

The eSIM can only be installed with a stable Internet connection. Please plan the installation time according to the package's expiration date (recommended within 6 hours before departure) to avoid premature installation, which may cause the package to expire early and affect usage.


Enable data roaming

Please ensure the "Data Roaming" option for your eSIM is enabled.
