Pointless to book and pay in advance 5 weeks before as the provider booked the day before, not delivering what was requested and paid for. We were in a 3rd row and we couldn't see properly the show as there was a column in the middle. We were told to be at the meeting point at 18:00. There was not a representative from the provider and the girl at the desk told us to go in★

Putting aside the consistently warm and attentive service, the tour guide meticulously planned every stop, even though the streets were packed with people. They knew exactly where to park and where to take photos. The later sights were also less crowded, which deserves praise. They chatted and explained Xi'an's history and culture, making the trip not only enjoyable but also educational. This trip made this 40-something-year-old woman feel much younger – kudos to the tour guide!★

A very enjoyable Huashan experience and special thanks to our guide, who was extremely patient, caring and attentive throughout the trip. She explained the journey, transfers and arrangements very clearly and always made sure everyone knew where to go and what to expect. Her patience and genuine care for the group made a tiring day much easier and more enjoyable.
One point for future travellers to note is that there is a lot of waiting, queuing and changing of transport. Including the bus journey from Xi’an, it took us at least 4 hours before reaching the mountain base. This is not a criticism of our guide, who handled everything very well, but useful information for travellers when planning their day.
Overall, a memorable experience and a wonderful guide. Thank you for taking such good care of us! ❤️★

It was impressive, and the guide was very engaging; she explained everything clearly. It was a very enriching experience learning about the history of the Terracotta Army. We appreciated that the guide picked us up directly from the hotel. She took us to lunch, which was included, and the food was decent.
