How to use

- Present your mobile voucher and exchange it for a physical ticket at the HarbourFront Ferry Terminal, Singapore

- Please refer to the departure timeslot indicated in the confirmation voucher

- Proceed to the Majestic Fast Ferry counter (1 MARITIME SQUARE # 03-41 HARBOURFRONT CENTRE,SINGAPORE 099253) and present your voucher together with your passport to collect your boarding pass

- Please note that a fuel surcharge of SGD 6 per pax must be paid at the Singapore counter, and IDR 65,000 per pax at the Indonesia (Batam) counter

- You are advised to collect your boarding pass at least 60-90 minutes before your ferry departure

- Your passport must be valid for at least six months at the time of travel and comply with the entry and exit or other requirements of the countries you are traveling to (Singapore and Indonesia)

Change & cancellation policies

If a cancellation request is submitted before 1:00 AM, 7 day(s) prior to the date of use, no cancellation fee will be charged.

If a cancellation request is submitted after 1:00 AM 7 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 100% will be charged.

If a discount is applied, the cancellation fee will be calculated based on the original price before the discount and will not exceed the amount paid.

Partial refund is not available.

Important note

Luggage Information

• Guests are entitled a check in baggage allowance of up to 20kg each. Guests are required to have their boarding pass and passports presented at the baggage drop off counters. Baggage drop off is available for up to 30 minutes before departure time.

• The operator is not responsible for any damage to check in baggage that is sustained while the check in baggage is being handled by third parties, such as the terminal operators.

Additional information

• All travelers including infants need a valid ticket.

• All travelers need a passport with a minimum of 6 months validity in order to leave Singapore and enter Indonesia.

• In the rare event that your 1st choice return timing is overbooked, you will be automatically assigned to your 2nd choice (or closest available return timing) and notified via WhatsApp/WeChat.

Insider Tips:

• The seas can be quite rough, please prepare any medications for seasickness or nausea before boarding.

• Latecomers of at most 1 hour late will be allowed entry to the next available ferry trip to the same terminal, subject to seat availability and an administrative fee of SGD5 per ticket (payable directly to operator).
