This was a fantastic tour!! The guide and driver were locals, and the scenery along the way was breathtaking. The tour included a private car, a boat trip, and a return trip on the highway, with absolutely no traffic. On the return trip, we passed near Pompeii, where we saw stunning views pictured in the photos – a sight that private cars or public transport simply can't match. It's definitely worth it for a leisurely stroll, but if you want to explore more deeply, you won't have enough time (Bositano and Ravello are each worth most of a day). Thanks to our humorous and very responsible guide, Ruchio!

Ivan is a working archelogist at the site itself and is from the area around Paestum. He is very knowledgeable and enthusiastic about his culture and it's a wonderful way to learn about the history of Paestum. We also went into the museum and his explanations made us see details that we would otherwise have missed. It's a fantastic way to learn about Paestum. There were only 4 of us in the group. Very much worth the money.

This tour is suitable for independent travelers in Naples. If you go on your own, you'll need to transfer buses, and finding your way around the attractions is too much of a hassle; I encountered many people getting lost, and it was quite difficult to find a map. My morning itinerary after the Basilica of San Severno was to Pompeii. Since I was going to Rome in the afternoon, this tour departed at 11:00 AM and returned at 2:30 PM, which was perfect. Everyone in the tour was a foreigner except for me. I also asked the Russian girl next to me, and she booked through an overseas travel agency website. Ctrip's tour fee might have an extra 5 euro service fee, but I think it's fair and acceptable. Registering on foreign websites and booking back and forth is too troublesome; this is much more convenient. The tour guide was a very handsome Italian. He spoke English the entire time. It was a bit hot, so I could only catch bits and pieces, but since I had seen documentaries about it before, it wasn't important. The guide in Pompeii and the tour guide on the bus were two different people. The only thing to be careful about is the boarding and alighting points at the Tenomis Hotel; they're only a couple hundred meters apart. The tour guide mentioned this, but I didn't pay attention and realized the location was wrong on the map. I told the guide I was nervous, but he had actually given out the alighting names. So, when traveling with an English-speaking tour group, it's essential to communicate with the tour guide beforehand. The tour ends a little after 2:30, around 2:45. If you have a train scheduled afterward, 3:30 should be more reliable. I got off the wrong train again at 3:10, so I had to run like crazy, haha, but I still made it! 🥰

The tour guide is very nice and share many info about Almafi Coast, Sorrento, and Positano to us. As well as many good spots for photo. It is very helpful that this tour allow us to visit 4 small towns in one day, although the itinerary is a bit packed.
