I trust Ctrip's quality assurance. This chartered car trip I booked through Ctrip was a perfect, five-star experience. I booked a day in advance, and customer service immediately called to let me know the driver would contact me. As soon as I returned to the hotel after our tour, the driver called to confirm the departure time. The next day, the driver arrived ten minutes early as scheduled. The car was clean and tidy, and Mr. Zhang even gave us two bottles of mineral water. He not only drove safely throughout the trip but also took the time to describe the scenery and local culture. When we got out of the car to say goodbye, he even helped us with our luggage.
In short, this chartered car service experience was excellent.★

I booked a car from Huanglong to Jiuzhaigou and back from Jiuzhaigou to Huanglong with the same company. The drivers were different, but both were reliable. Driver 8682F on the outbound trip drove a clean and tidy vehicle, drove smoothly, and dropped me off at the hotel. Very good.★

The chartered car we booked for our family trip was perfect! It saved us time, effort, and worry. The car was spacious, with comfortable seats that even had massage functions. It had a refrigerator and a TV, and plenty of luggage space. The car was clean and odor-free. Our driver, Zaxi, drove steadily and planned the itinerary well. We stopped to take photos at every scenic spot along the way. He was attentive and considerate throughout the trip. Traveling with Zaxi was a fantastic experience! Highly recommended! We hope to come back to Jiuzhaigou in the fall and travel with Zaxi again. We were very satisfied and thank you! 👍
