I joined the tour on the first night after arriving in Iceland. Luckily, it was a beautiful sunny day, so I was able to see the Northern Lights! The hot chocolate was delicious, too! If I had to say something negative, the bus was about 10 minutes late (which is normal overseas, so I guess it's within the realm of acceptability), and since buses from various tour companies stop at the bus stop where the tour was held, you have to make sure which bus is for your tour.★

Successfully chased the aurora! It was so beautiful! Chasing the aurora really requires a professional team! 👍 Our Chinese-speaking guide was fantastic; despite the cold weather, he patiently took so many photos for us. Loved it! 😍★

Let me start by saying that we did see whales! If we don't, the company gives you the chance to go again. And that alone gets at least a 4 out of 5. On the boat, the guide shows you where to look, but either the speaker is weak or it's simply not powerful enough for such a large space, but the guide is pretty hard to hear from the middle, let alone the back, of the boat. They provide equipment, but I'm not sure they sanitize it, so it's best to sanitize your hands. They also give you motion sickness pills. A huge plus: after the trip, they send you photos if you missed anything (you should email them), and a review listing the species you saw. Overall, a 4+. But if you can, book a miniboat tour; it's not much more expensive, and the experience will be much greater.★

It was an amazing day with sunny weather. I like the glacier hiking . Our driver Jon was fantastic. On our way back to the city he spotted northern lights and pulled over on the road side so we could get off the bus to view the northern lights. Awesome.
