I had an incredible experience exploring Ubud thanks to our driver! From the moment he picked me up, he was exceptionally friendly, punctual, and welcoming. He drove very safely and smoothly, making navigating the busy Bali roads completely stress-free. He was so knowledgeable about the local culture and gave fantastic recommendations for scenic spots, rice terraces, waterfalls, and local hidden gems. The car was clean, cool, and very comfortable throughout the entire trip. If you are visiting Ubud and want a reliable, kind, and professional driver who genuinely cares about making your trip special, I cannot recommend him enough! 10/10 service! I forgot my bag which has credit cards passport and money and he brought him back

This trip was very well-organized, covering several popular attractions. The pace was reasonable, not too rushed, allowing for ample time to visit and explore. The driver was excellent, driving smoothly throughout and providing a comfortable ride. He was exceptionally warm and friendly, always greeting passengers with a smile and offering assistance when getting on and off the bus. Overall, the trip was relaxing and enjoyable, and I was very satisfied.

Our driver, Asta, was incredibly kind. He picked us up from the hotel on time and had water, mosquito repellent, tissues, and snacks in the car. Knowing our child had diarrhea, he even applied some of his oil-like ointment. Besides taking us to the attractions, he also offered to take photos for us. At each stop, he would walk us to the entrance and then wait for us in the car. In short, he was a wonderful person, and hiring him wasn't tiring at all – a truly enjoyable day!

I booked a one-day private car tour on Ctrip on a whim, and it turned out to be absolutely fantastic!!! Ketut Artawan, the driver, was incredibly kind and helpful! 🥳👍👍👍 He explained the history and culture of Bali and Indonesia to me throughout the tour, and he was very patient in taking photos for me. He was also very polite, warm, and cheerful. I was worried that being alone might be awkward, but it wasn't at all. It was a truly wonderful day trip. Our itinerary was also very well-planned and organized. He drove very smoothly, and he even helped me choose some delicious durian, which I thoroughly enjoyed!
