Reviews: Half-day tour to Lanna elephant care in Chiang Mai
Guest User2026-10-06
Visiting Naran Elephant Protection Camp for the first time was full of experience. Can feed big please eat kale, in the beginning banana ingredients for elephants to eat. The last section was the river to help the elephants bathe. So after one step is completed there is also a simple Thai meal lunch delicious.

Reviews: Chiang Mai New Elephant Home optional Namtok Bua Tong-Nam Phu Chet Si National Park 1-day tour elephant camp

A fantastic travel experience! Ctrip is very reliable. The customer service representative, Xiaoyong, recommended a well-planned itinerary for us. They picked us up from our hotel in the old town in the morning and dropped us off after our visit – no worries at all. The journey took about an hour and a half. The driver was punctual, friendly, and spoke some Chinese. Mana, the guide at the elephant camp, was also very helpful. The Sticky Waterfall was packed with foreigners having a great time playing in the water. A perfect day trip!

Reviews: 1-day tour to Chiang Mai Namtok Bua Tong-Nam Phu Chet Si National Park + elephant cafe + elephant poop paper park nature adventure
Guest User2026-07-17
This itinerary included a waterfall, a cafe, and a paper park. The booking page listed the time for each item as 1.5 hours, 1 hour, and 1.5 hours. The driver didn't speak any Chinese or English, and although he smiled throughout, communication was completely impossible. Each time we got off, we were given 1 hour, 1 hour, and 1 hour and 10 minutes respectively. The weather wasn't great that day; it rained heavily. One hour wasn't enough for the waterfall; we had to walk down and then climb back up, so we only had time to play for a short while before our time was up. The waterfall is located within a national park, and the environment was beautiful, but unfortunately, the weather was bad that day. The cafe went smoothly and the experience exceeded expectations. The dachshunds there weren't afraid of people at all, just wandering between the tables, but it didn't bother us while we ate. I'm afraid of dogs, but I found them very cute. The environment was also very nice, and the food was delicious; Chiang Mai is known for its friendly prices. At the paper park, the driver forgot to give us the itinerary after we got off, preventing us from entering. We couldn't find the driver afterward, and finally had to contact customer service to get him back. After communicating with them, we were able to enter, wasting another 10 minutes. Because of the rain, we only experienced decorating notebooks at the Paper Park. The place wasn't big, and it was just so-so; it really doesn't seem like a special trip worthwhile. The timing was very problematic, indicating a lack of communication between customer service and the driver.
